    I purchased my 2018 GMC Terrain from an online dealer in 2020. Since the dealer wasn't local, I also purchased a 3rd party extended warranty. I had some issues with the vehicle in 2024 and brought it to another local dealership - my experience was terrible. When my car began exhibiting symptoms of transmission issues last month, I decided to try out Crown Buick GMC - a great decision! Not only did they promptly diagnosis the issues with my vehicle, but they also billed my 3rd party warranty company directly and I only had to pay my $100 deductible for thousands of dollars of work on my vehicle's transmission. My service manager, Kimberley Moore, was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed of the issues with my Terrain and the claim status with the 3rd party warranty company. If I have any issues with my Terrain in the future and for all preventative maintenance, I will definitely return to Crown Buick GMC. Thank you Kimberly and team!

  • Time for my midnights service

    Went in for service, my advisor checked me in and asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle. I told him yes because I needed to get home as soon as possible for a family gathering. John Gruden ensured I was kept advised and the things that the computer flagged was put on hold for another day. No pressure to get it done now ,he wanted to make sure I made my function.

    Jose Castillo handled my 12 month service because my usual service writer was out. Everything was addressed, two minor items were trouble shooted, and Jose even saved me a few bucks in the process.

    I had Jacquel Waller as my service representative, I explained to him the issues I was having. He noted everything and took care of my truck. When it was finished he noted that the cost was less that the original estimate. He explained the codes I was receiving and addressed the ones that were an actual problem. He also arranged for me to get a ride back to Crown Buick GMC when my truck was finished. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience..

    Very satisfied with our service at Crown GMC. Jose Castillo met us as we walked in tge door and took care of the necessary paper work on our airbag recall .He arranged for transportation to our home and back to the Dealership which was wonderful..Everyone was friendly and prompt and professional Jose did a great job and the drivers were prompt and great also...did it get their names but we so appreciated the ride that was provided.

    I recently took my 2022 Buick Encore GX in for service at Crown Buick GMC in St. Pete, and advised my driver door would not unlock. They checked and found that it was a latch assy & actuator that needed to be replaced. However, a few days after the replacement, the door didn't open again, so I took it back, and they found the connector & harness assy had a bad connector, so that needed to be replaced too. Happily, the door is now working again - and "unlocking". Otherwise, Jacquel Waller was my advisor, and he kept me posted on what was happening, and that this repair was under the warranty, plus made sure that the courtesy van driver (Greg Walker) would take me to work, and pick me up too. I appreciated that very much! Thanks to everyone at Crown Buick GMC for keeping my car going on the road!

    You guys can’t seem to fix my water leak @ the back glass window on a 2020 GMC AT4 Black Widow. The back window was just replaced by you guys twice now and after only being out of the shop for only 40 days and a new water leak. There’s NO EXCUSE FOR THIS

    Jacquel, my service advisor, was extremely professional, came out and greeted me and explained everything pertaining to my service appointment to me upon my arrival. The customer waiting area was very clean and spacious and I appreciated the free coffee. The service actually only took a little over an hour and again Jacquel explained all they did and escorted me to the service cashier for checkout. This was a very pleasant experience for me. Thanks,

    Running our holiday errands and saw the check engine light on steady yellow, drove to Crown Buick, fortunately our advisor John Grundon was working and he ran out to take a look at the sensor. Found the problem had to leave the car for the replacement thermostat. Great to know that even thru the holidays you get GREAT service.

    Staff upon arrival was great! Greeted with a smile, Brittany was great really knows her stuff and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. work was done in a timely manner and I wasn't pushed towards unnecessary services. Brittany did advise me on additional services which I will definitely be returning for.
