Excellent Customer Service
by Mark on 05/20/2025I purchased my 2018 GMC Terrain from an online dealer in 2020. Since the dealer wasn't local, I also purchased a 3rd party extended warranty. I had some issues with the vehicle in 2024 and brought it to another local dealership - my… experience was terrible. When my car began exhibiting symptoms of transmission issues last month, I decided to try out Crown Buick GMC - a great decision! Not only did they promptly diagnosis the issues with my vehicle, but they also billed my 3rd party warranty company directly and I only had to pay my $100 deductible for thousands of dollars of work on my vehicle's transmission. My service manager, Kimberley Moore, was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed of the issues with my Terrain and the claim status with the 3rd party warranty company. If I have any issues with my Terrain in the future and for all preventative maintenance, I will definitely return to Crown Buick GMC. I told him yes because I needed to get home as soon as possible for a family gathering.
