We… did as suggested, and came back and purchased a 22 Mustang Gt. They went over everything with us, the car the financing, and did not PUSH anything on us. Even the gentleman in financing was awesome. Explaining everything. They were all wonderful to work with. 2021 Tacoma
by Bennetmow on 07/20/2024Decent dealership. I was taken care of by salesman Ahmed. He was great and worked with me throughout the entire process and was not pushy at all. On the other hand the finance guy was not a good experience. I work in sales myself and I have… to say I was surprised how pushy and almost rude he was. He told me that I was “ignorant and didnt know what was best for me.” There was a coffee cup that was spilled on his desk when I arrived and was still there 3 days later. It’s the little things like this that make you seem unprofessional. Honestly almost didn’t go through with the purchase just because of the way he was. But I’ll say it again Ahmad was great and would recommend him to anyone.We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a response! Left tagless
by Mark N on 04/29/2024Bought a used vehicle on 3/30 & was charged $199 electronic filing fee which was to cover electronic filing for registration, title and tag so that they could give me a new tag that day (no old tag/no trade). Paid in full, finished… paperwork and then told system was down so here's a temp tag, we'll fedex the new tag when done. 4 weeks later no tag still, temp tag expired & AN doesn't respond to emails, texts & phone calls. Left detailed VM for Bruce Heath, GM who was in but unavailable when I called but still no response.Hi Mark, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Upgrades for my 23 Bronco Outer Banks

Then there is Nate the mechanic, who has had to put up with me wanting to see… everyting as it has been done. And then Micky my service advisor who keeps me updated to what is getting done each time i have a new item to be put on. Thank you to everyone for helping make our 23 Outer Banks very special for us. And i can't forget Scott Briggs for being part of the buying process that took 2 1/2 years. Good dealership
by billocnl on 03/01/2024My wife and I stopped in to look at a used vehicle with Justin G. as my salesperson. I generally do not enjoy the car purchasing process. Justin did a great job showing us the vehicle and making the process a pleasant experience. We decided… we liked the car and wanted to purchase it with a trade-in. We negotiated with the trade-in and eventually agreed on a fair price. This was not a high-pressure, contentious negotiation in any way, which I appreciated. The same was true after we agreed on the price and opted to not get any warranty, etc. The whole process was done well as the dealership displayed an element of class that you don't always see. The whole process was very positive due to the people involved and how the dealership conducts business. They didn't push me towards something I didn't want, but focused squarely on… what I was looking for. The transaction could not have been better. Even with some credit challenges, I was done and out in a couple of hours. About a week later Art reached out to to notify me that the sale… fell through and if I was still interested. I was, went down to the dealership and took a look and bought the truck. Great service

The advisor was very nice and told I would be put on a list for a loaner car since I would have to leave my car… overnight for the recall. WINDSHIELD REPLACMENT AND SERVICE
by LOVE MY FORD on 12/21/2023I scheduled service for a windshield replacement and a couple small items . Was told it would take a few weeks for windshield to come in. so scheduled accordingly . Dropped car, told might be done same day. Could not get updates asked for… daily. 3 days later service manager called said they don't normally do windshields and they did not order one. He was not aware of some of the other items that were supposed to be checked out. 6 days later picked up car.Is there a rating I can give less than one star? Previous/y bought cars from sales department. They were a 1 star as well . I now drive to a Ford dealer an hour further which is faster over all on purchase day than using them 15 minutes from my house.Hello, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg.
