Outstanding sales staff

Ed Morse Honda has a great sales staff also managers and finance manager. Sean and Cell greeted us at the door. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. He showed us a few vehicles and explained the details. When I chose the car that I liked, the sales manager became involved his name was guy who was extremely helpful along with Sean in closing the deal. We then sat down with the finance gentleman Lennox, who was extremely helpful explained everything in detail. The staff there did whatever they could to help out they even delivered the car to my home because they didn’t want me to wait at the dealership too long. I highly recommend Ed Morse Honda, especially if you have to deal with Sean Guy and Lennox you will be very pleased with your experience.

    I noticed a nail in my tire this past Saturday afternoon. I immediately drove to Ed Morse Honda. My service advisor took care of me right away. The nail was in such a position that the tire couldn't be patched, but Ed Morse had the correct tire in stock. They replaced and balanced the tire, checked my air pressure, topped off my fluids, and washed my car. Thank you for the prompt and efficient service!

    At other dealerships, sure, most folks are polite and businesslike. That's to be expected. But at Ed Morse Honda, everyone (Bob, Christian, Courtney, and Will, just to name a few) is not only polite and businesslike, they're ALSO super friendly and personable. Like old friends with lots of TLC to go around!

    Julien Rivera is excellent; his approach, professionalism while maintaining a friendly demeanor, knowledge, and explanations are beyond expectations. He knows his products, what the repairs involve so that he can explain them technically for decision-making. I and my family trust him absolutely. Ed Morse techs have done a great job each time. I am keeping this 2005 Honda Accord alive for as long as it will go. Because Ed Morse and Julien give me the opportunity to do so with expert technical assistance and affordable approach, letting me know each time, what must be done, and what could/should wait, but a "heads up", I'm able to keep the Accord going - some credit to Honda products for being such phenomenal vehicles for the long term. However, what must also be acknowledged, is that....if Ed Morse did not have such qualified and friendly professionals working with me, I would switch to other venue for repairs. So, ultimately a great deal of credit can go to Julien and how he works with me, so I keep coming back to Ed Morse. Thanks Julien! I have at least another year! Smile, Sunshine Scarborough

    Ed Morse Honda in Riviera Beach is an excellent dealership to consider when the time comes to purchase or lease a vehicle. From the moment that we entered the dealership, we felt welcomed. Initially we were interested in the newly re-designed HRV to downsize from our 2021 CRV. However, after seeing the new CRV's we decided to continue with another. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager each came out to introduce themselves which was nice. Our Sales Advisor, Mimoh Khan was very knowledgeable and explained the key features on both models. We started with Ed Morse Honda back in the 1980's when they were located in Lake Park. Subsequently, this is our 5th deal with Ed Morse Honda, and I am positive that there will be more.

    Mr. Brian Smalls was very knowledgable about the 2012 Nissan Maxima. The great part about it there was no stress and he made me feel like i was part of the Ed Morce Honda family. Which was a big part of me having to buy the car. Mr. David Sissennwein also was excellent in the way he process the paperwork. I have been to many dealerships up and down the east coast. I never had the service that these to gentalman provided. I will be recommending EdMorse Honda to my Military, law Enforcement, family and friend on where they should purchase there next car.     I received a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard, concerning my left rear tire. I immediately drove to Ed Morse Honda and was greeted promptly. They found a screw embedded in my tire that was causing the problem, determined that it was patchable, patched it, adjusted the pressure in all of my tires, performed a multi-point inspection, and washed my car - all late on a Saturday afternoon! I'm very grateful.

    Scheduling an appointment for car servicing with Javier was quick and easy. When I arrived at the appointment Javier attended to my car and my needs quickly and efficiently. He also taught me how to get my navigation screen from my phone to operate correctly. He always greets customers with a smile and warm hello. He does not push services on you that you are not interested in having done at the time. He gives you a list of recommendations and pricing and leaves the rest up to you. No pressure.

    Scheduling an appointment with Javier was quick and easy. When I arrived at the appointment Javier attended to my car and my needs quickly and efficiently. He isn't pushy. However, he brings my attention to anything needing service or attention.     I came in with a flat tire. I had an appointment the next day for an oil change. Aaron suggested that I have the oil change done as well so I didn't have to come back the next day. He checked to make sure they could do it and they could!!! Everyone there treated me so nicely.
