by jittjab on 12/02/2017I went to three Subaru dealers got the run around at all of them a lot of number changing, very high dealer fees, pushy sales people and one Subaru dealer left me for 40 min while negotiating a deal for me that was 2000 more than the deal… I got at Lokey. All 3 Subaru dealers that I went to just made me feel like I was annoying they did not want to take the time I needed to buy a new 2018 Forester. At one Subaru dealer, I was told I would never find a 2018 Forester for what my budget calls for. And when I wanted to test drive the automatic Forester they said it drives like the manual but you won't have to shift it, also the sales guy said I could not afford the automatic really?? gees...... They were rude, and unfriendly. My visit at Lokey was 100% different they were very transparent with all of the numbers they took a lot of time going over the paperwork so that I understood everything. They made sure I knew how everything worked on the car before I drove off. My car was detailed so nice when delivered It was super clean!! Adam was my sales rep he was very patient extremely kind not pushy. I highly recommend Adam he was one of the most Pleasant sales people to deal with I am very happy with Lokey, I will definitely buy another vehicle there again especially since I leased this one Lokey will l be the first place I'll call when looking for another car. I had to go 85 miles and pass 4 subaru dealers to get to Lokey Subaru and it was worth it!! This is a real review I dont work there, and was not paid to say all this......... My review here is real Lokey really did what the other 3 dealers I went to wouldn't do...... Honestly, if you are looking for a new subaru you should call them and give them a try. I am sooooooo glad I did!!!Amazing dealership

Our salesman, Michael, was excellent and very helpful. They helped my daughter find the perfect car… and went far beyond anything we expected. I would definitely buy another car there and recommend them to everyone I know.New car purchase

The Internet Manager Ric Stocker did a great job answered all my questions and got me the exact car I wanted. I would have to say the best car buying… experience I have ever had. To top it all off they gave me a Lifetime Warranty. I would recomend them.jacked the price
by dkr3 on 12/07/2012updated 06/05/2025A Smart Car was listed at 9,500 ... we drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the car and test drive it. I called first to be sure the car was there. Got there and the price was now 10,000 ...... ?? Talked to the internet sales manager, we… struck a deal at 9,500, it was in writing, not signed by anyone, but had been verbally accepted by the sales manager. He went off to get the papers ready. We sat for 30 minutes and he came back out and said there was a price issue and proceeded to tell me they were going to lose 2,000+ on the deal. His phone rang and we sat for another 30+ minutes while he was off somewhere else in the building. My wife and I decided to leave, it was obvious that they didn't want my check. He never even bothered to call me. BEWARE, there is something fishy going on there.
