The staff was way beyond my expectations! Everyone from Eylin my sales person , Jon Rivero in the service department and Maritza the cashier and the financial manager.

    Anthony got my car in and back to me within an hour with the complementary carwash. The service department waiting area was comfortable and nice. I was offered coffee and water and as always I appreciate Brandon Mora's taking the time to see not only how my vehicle is doing, but also asking about my family. I really enjoy the Acura family experience.

    I absolutely hate car shopping. The only reason why I bought it the same day I test drove the RDX was due to Chris K. He was like no other sales rep I had dealt with before. He was professional and extremely patience. He was never a bully and had a very down to earth approach. Chris K. is a true asset to Phil Smith Acura and should be acknowledge for that. Wishing him the best! If you go buy a car from this dealer, make sure to ask for him.

    I am a long time customer. Warren Stewart is exemplary in his position as Service Manager. He is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and looks to exceed a customer’s satisfaction. So glad to see Anthony is back, he has been my advisor before and he is great in this position. Jorge is usually my go to tech but when he’s off, Devorney is great. Very satisfied customer.

    We just moved from NY to FL. Our lease was up and this was our 9th Acura. We walked in, everyone was so friendly. The new RDX intimidated my wife. However, once the sales person walked her through all the technology, and we used the car, she loved it. They were very patient with her. Once she understood how all the new tech worked, it was great.
