That is truly evident of Laphney Gaillard who was assigned to me. I had been to two dealerships prior to Hendrick Honda… Pompano and it was she who, when compared to the previously mentioned dealerships, was the most knowable of the vast inventory at Hendrick. She presented herself with a non pressured sales approach. This in itself made a huge difference since it was the final sales of the year when the customers, like myself, are looking to purchase a new vehicle at the lowest amount possible. She listened to what would be a good fit for myself and asked a series questions to better understand my needs. In fact she presented some features that I had not even considered. The sale did not move forward. I left Hendricks's to mull over their offering and compare it to what I found at the other two dealerships. Everything became equal. My final decision was Hendrick's because I felt reassured the dealership would stand behind me and that Laphney's, non aggressive sales approach, made sure that this SUV would be the perfect fit. Alfred Benjamin has certainly created a professional sales team that makes all the difference. My thanks goes out to him and Laphney.Review

My father recommended I speak to Mansur at Hendrick, who had sold him Hondas in the past. In a world of pushy car salesmen, he is a… blessing. Mansur was efficient, kind, and answered all my questions without giving me any sort of runaround. The rest of the Hendrick team is also excellent. by Poor Follow up and delivery on 12/11/2019I purchased a used car for my nephew and of course they added a package that included car washes and a GPS tracker. I explained I did not need any of these items for 1400.00 but sales person said they could not be removed. At the end of… negotiations I was fine with this and bought the car even though I know I really wouldn't need these services. After finishing the paperwork driving home with the car, I realized a few things. 1. The car had not been detailed prior to giving it to me or been waxed like they said was included in the plan. The inside was still dirty and floor mats did not fit the car. 2. I thought the GPS information was on the flash drive they provided, but it wasn't. I called and LVM for my salesperson - no reply, I then emailed - no reply, I finally called his cellphone and was told to call the main number and they would help me. When I called, I was passed around with everyone sounding annoyed they had to talk to me until finally a girl picked up and then just hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager, again they were quick to get me off the phone and said the person that had to acctivate my GPS was out and rushed me off the phone with a quick we will get it activated. If this was so important that you could not take this package off my deal than why did I have to call to get it activated. I'm sure you hope people won't care and its a free 1400.00 to you. I will never buy another car from your dealership and you kind of ruined a present for my child.Honda Civic
