FRAUDULENT PRACTICES
by EH on 06/14/2024n March I had my BMX X3 serviced at SS BMW. I paid the bill will my credit card and received a "paid receipt" from the cashier. In June I had my car checked prior to making a road trip. During the visit I wanted to purchase new floor… mats. I was told the mats were in stock and we to pick up but they said they had to order, as they "were not in stock". I advised Debby my service advisor to cancel the order and refund my credit card. She said that should could not cancel the order or refund my card because there was still an open balance from March. The March transaction, of which I have a "paid receipt" has nothing to do with the June transaction. Their failure to process the refund and hold my charge hostage over their internal accounting issues is FRAUD. I don't recommend this dealer.

Avoid BMW Service dept. AT ALL COST!!!!
by Upset customer on 06/28/2023updated 02/13/2024I had a very bad experience at Sandy Sansing BMW Service dept. today. Particularly with a gentleman in a service department named Christian. Avoid this guy at all cost! I went in for a simple oil change.. 2 1/2 hours later, I finally got… the car back. Before it went in, me and a lady named Cathy (very nice, knowledgeable service lady, she needs a raise), we both check all the lights in the car and everything was green (OK) for everything. When I got the car back one of the service lights said service needed to be done. I asked Christian about this he said do you want to have it serviced? I told him NO, you were just servicing this vehicle, what do you mean?? He proceeded to tell me there's nothing he can do, it was like that before it came in. I told him NO, me and Kathy the other service lady checked it out before it went in and every light was Green. Again, in a rude voice tell me there's nothing he can do and that I needed to have it serviced. Proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong about this light. I got Kathy to come over and verify all of the lights were green.. he then goes back and talks to somebody (I'm assuming whoever worked on the car) and says well it actually does that anytime you get a 4th oil change (not sure if that's correct, I'm new to these BMWs this is only the 2nd month I had this car). So, I asked Kathy about this and she said well you could just turn that light off by holding down the button inside of the dashboard (again, news to me). Why couldn't Christian tell me that instead of arguing with me and making me think that I needed to have the car serviced. Did he think I was that naive? Come on guy!! Probably won't be back at least not working with him!Another line of work
by Mr Nobody on 07/17/2023Purchased new star rated tires at a reasonable price but the shop was unable to properly balance the tires. Having worked In the industry for many years I am familiar with the simplicity of tire balancing. I would suggest that the employee… involved find another line of work and anyone bothered by tire vibration find another shop.Airbag recall
by Mark Klein on 06/14/2023I would not purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I find the service department appalling because I brought my 2002 330CI in for an airbag recall. They handled the recall with no problem, but when the airbag light on the dash lit up… several weeks later, they refused to even look at it because it was older than 2005. I mentioned that they had just done the recall, but they refused to even take a look. After speaking with BMW of North America, I eventually ended up at BMW of Mobile and was much more impressed with their service department, and they reset the lamp with no issues. I'm really unhappy that I had to spend 2 hours in the car because Sansing BMW wouldn't even look at my car, even though yhey did the recall. My BMW 5 Series
by Charles Lawson on 06/02/2021I purchased a 5 series BMW IN 2019 with 10,000 miles. It now has 29,000 miles and a rip in the seat at the bolster. The service department supervisor at Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola Florida told me that it is wear and tear due to the way… I sit in the seat and the way I get in and out of my car. My salesperson Tells me that it looks like faulty leather. BMW wants over 2000.00 for a new seat. I’m very surprised that the service manager said this along with telling my spouse that he didn’t have any record of us purchasing any new BMW. This is my second BMW. I didn’t buy new. I bought both cars with low mileage and warranties. I shouldn’t be treated differently by any service department agent or manager because I didn’t buy a new car. My car is still under warranty, Beware of the way you sit in your seat if you choose to buy a BMW and also be aware that it isn’t in the owners manual showing the proper way to sit in your BMW seat or exiting your BMW. Highly dissatisfied with Sandy Sansing BMW. and Sandy Sandy Sansing BMW service department.5 Star Service
by BillBrown on 12/04/2018Started with Sandy Sansing in 2001. Best BMW Service I have experienced since I purchased my first BMW in 1995. Fair priced. Customer is number one. They recognize customer loyalty. Cathy, Ralph and all others to include the Mr. Homer… in the parts department are awesome!
