by victor47 on 03/06/2017I have purchase many vehicles thru the past years. All the sales people I have sold me a car or truck were only interested in the sales of the day. Forget residual income. Or, even better when the customer that they have sold a car too.… They are to busy to help with something else. Well, until I met Orlando Pina. this man took time to show me everything I wanted to see. He answer all my questions and he had the answer to them. I even came back to get help with the navigation using my phone. He took me to another vehicle in the lot and gave me demonstration on how to connect the phone to the screen. My son is very interest in the Acadia and he will go by and see Orlando "ONLY".Fail

I have not received the second key no has he responded to my numerous… messages. This is the reason I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. He stayed in contact with me the whole duration my car was there, explaining things I didn't understand and updating me on the… progress as it was done. I have trust issues but Nelson definitely put those issues to rest when it came to my car. I will definitely ve back for future services for my vehicle and I will have Nelson on speed dial.. by WhiteEnclave on 02/25/2015David at Vera ruined my two (2) years of having waited to purchase a family car. I even have a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe which I've used waiting for this purchase. I went to Vera on Tuesday, 12/23/2014 and showed David my paperwork from… Ford showing what I was quoted, my price range, and different models I was considering. In keeping this short, I loved the luxury of the Enclave over the Ford Exporler but was out of my price range. David shared the likelihood of a 20% sale but wasn't absolutely positive. He was to "run some numbers" and notify me. After some texts and a phone conversation Wednesday, 12/24/2014 I was to wait for him to "run the numbers". Didn't hear back from David and I figured there was no way to get close to the Ford Explorer price no matter how aggressive. A week later on Wednesday, 12/31/2014 I was getting ready to go buy a Ford Explorer. Curiosity got the best of me and I texted David who replied with "I was about to call you. Got good news!" He offered to go over numbers with me but on Friday, 1/2/2015 as he had two appointments and would be off for New Year's Day. I decided to drive to Vera, from Weston, and found out the 20% Enclave rebate had begun Friday, 12/26/2014. There was only one Enclave left at the rebate price which placed it in my price range. Because it was the only one left, I sacrificed on the color I wanted and a sunroof to take advantage of the price on a luxury vehicle. After having waited and saved for two (2) years, I feel I was robbed of my options to settle for what was left. The reason I also decided to purchase the Enclave at the 20% rebate while sacrificing the color and sunroof was Chris. Chris at Vera really showed exemplirary customer service who went well above and beyond. Not only did he listen to my concerns, he also further worked with me on getting the price at a point I couldn't ignore and offered to tint the two front windows. After purchasing my Enclave on 1/2/2015 and leaving it the weekend to have the windows tinted and the driver side lock switch fixed as it was sticking, I was called on Saturday 1/3/2015 to advise it was ready. I arranged to pick it up Monday evening, 1/5/2015. When I called to have the keys left with the receptionist, my work order or keys couldn't be found. After 30 minutes they were found and I was dropped off to pick up the car ... from Weston. My ride left and my Enclave was brought out, but it was not detailed for pick up. The vehicle still had manufacturer stickers, no owners manual, no second key set, no car wash, nothing. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes while the stickers were removed and given a rush wash. I still had to wait for someone to come out to my house the next day with owner's manual, second key set, and to walk me through the vehicle entertainment set-up. From this whole ordeal Chris is the reason Vera gained my business for a luxury Enclave over a Ford Explorer. David is the reason I lost two (2) years of waiting and saving to buy a vehicle with the options I wanted but had to sacrifice.A sales gentlemen named Nick C.

Had my wife's SRX serviced there as well, they picked up her car performed the service and dropped it back off, after… I had already bought my car. They not only talk the talk they most certainly walk the walk. I will be back in a few months for a now SRX or Buick Enclave. As far as I am concerned this is THE Cadillac, Buick, GMC dealer in South Florida. My previous 4 Cadillac purchases have been painful, annoying affairs. Not here at Vera, that's why they can expect to see me back in a few months. Simply Outstanding.Excellent Service!!!!!!!

It has always been fixed the first time. I have always been offered a rental vehicle or… loaner car due to the inconvienence of having my vehicle in for repair.
