Worst Service

Why should an oil change take 10 hours when you have an appointment? Easiest car I ever purchased No pressure to get this or that or "You need… to add more costly features or added services". They gave us what we asked for with smiles and a hand shake. It's good at the same time Bad

What was the problem with a gymnastic taking up? Rent me a car and I found that like a lot of days. You… know, and I'm kind of mad for that. I have to spend $300 in rental when when it was in the in my in my? In my garage, you know what I'm saying and that's why I'm kind of mad, but the job that they did to the truck, it was good and quick in 1 day and I said, like, why wouldn't I have to spend all these days for only that little problem you know, I know, they told me that the dealer was behind him. Not the dealer to deal with if you want a safe vehicle
by Tom Loftus on 02/25/2024I bought a very low mileage 2014 Corvette from them. The tires on the vehicle were the original tires. The owners manual and the Department of Transportation says that tires should be changed regardless of miles at six years. They… refused to put new tires on the vehicle. Just to be safe I had tires put on at a local Tires Plus dealer and when they removed the tires from the rims they fell apart. The sidewalls were hardened to the point that they literally split on the machine. I hate to think of what they would have done on our 953 mile trip home. So much for them taking customer safety in their sales approach. I even had their service manage state that I wouldn’t drive to Va on those tires.Hi Tom, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
