Oggie refused to let me walk away without getting the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. I shopped them at… a competitor and the sales guy came back with a number that was much higher than what I got at Bill Cramer. They were shocked at the deal I got at Bill Cramer and that confirmed to me that I got the best deal out there. I signed the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and was out the door in my new truck. I contacted the dealership via website inquiring about a truck and within 10 minutes I got a call from Patrick. I described what I was looking for and… within minutes he emailed links to four trucks that fit my description. I was very interested in one of the trucks so he offered to drive it to me (an hour and half away) for me to test drive....on a Saturday evening! I bought the truck and I love it. The truck buying experience was flawless thanks to superb sales service!
