Great people work there and they retain their salemen. They know you by name when you arrive and treat you with… honestly and respect. Ferman's of Tampa Bay was the only dealership that promptly answered my request, ordered my new car, kept me updated, and… when my new car arrived the sales process was promptly and easily processed. A BIG kudos to Jack Rowland my salesperson. He took the time to go thoroughly with my new car, explaining all the controls and how the new dashboard features work. Sales and Service at Ferman of Tampa Bay Rocks. It's actually my 6th Mini and because of follow-up and the ease of the sales process I'm a Fan. Actually I'm close to 3 other mini dealerships but because of Jack Rowland's prompt follow-up and enthusiasm I drove 100+ miles to get my new mini. I was looking at cars in 2009, and called for a quote twice and was never called back. I bought an Infiniti. I'm… shopping for cars again and emailed them for a quote and they demanded that I call them to get the information. Sorry, no. I guess their sales volume is so high that they don't need customers. I'll go to the Orlando dealer next. Ferman Mini is a joke.Easy no pressure sales

The sales was smooth and they even obtained my clubman from Miami since I wanted some special features. The final… sales in the business office was the easiest I have ever experienced. Very very nice people and eager to please!! TY Ferman Mini!
