  • Stay Away from ALL Greenway Auto Dealerships

    For real reviews, not purchased like in most platforms -- visit your local BBB and click on the tab reviews. STAY AWAY from this dealership, from bait and switch tactics and keeping the entire sales process obscure, until you are exhausted of waiting 5 hours, adding unauthorized fees to the contract costing 20000+ The Customer Relations Manager, says a sales person time is precious, customer, is not. Maintenance dept -- forget it -- also an entire day, to install replacement part in the wrong place! Drive to Clermont or Melbourne, more transparent, great maintenance! Don't waste your time or hard earned money! Update May 2025: Add your complaint to the FTC, and Florida's State Attorney general about Greenway's shady practices. Reviews here, yelp, BBB are not enough. Greenway will eventually get a class action suit. Well deserved! For real reviews, click reviews on your local BBB. This dealership, and I bet all Greenway Auto, Kia and all other brands not only practice bait and switch but keeping the entire sales process obscure, until you are exhausted of waiting 5 hours, adding things to the contract they did not even told me costing over 2000, over inflating the full MSRP and various other hidden fees. Maintenance dept, forget it, also an entire day, to install replacement parts non the wrong place! Drive away to nearby dealers. My entire familiar and colleagues are aware and will never step 1 foot or spend one cent with Greenway Auto Group.

    • As already corresponded via Better Business Bureau, refund the unauthorized packages added to the purchase agreement without my knowledge (AVC APPEARANCE PROTECTION $1195.00 and THREE FOR ONE $764.00) by mail or let me know if there will be a monthly price adjustment with Kia Finance, they are already aware of these unauthorized add-ons. Confirm when done so I can remove the BBB complaint & my lawyer.

    I reached out to the dealership and spoke through text with Athena Figueroa at 3:57pm. Athena advised me that the vehicle was there and available and asked that we come in. I explained that we are over 1.5hrs away and I would like to get the financing and everything figured out prior to making the trip. The credit application was completed and sent in around 4pm. I asked repeatedly for the numbers, sent my trade info which is also a Kia financed through Kia, and terms of the financing. All I was told was that the loan was approved and she was not permitted to provide me any confidential information over the phone; it had to be done in person. At 6:30pm I contacted the dealership and spoke with her and again explained that if the payment did not work I was not wasting their time or mine. She again refused to provide me any of this "confidential" information. I asked to speak to a manager. Within a few seconds a female answered she did not provide her name. I explained the situation again and I was told: Ma'am we will not give you any of that information you have to come in here first to get it. This vehicle is going to sell fast so I suggest you get here quickly. I explained we are over an 1.5hrs away and I will not put the mileage on the trade or bring my kids out unless I feel comfortable with moving forward; and the information is not confidential it is based off of my credit application and without this information the dealership would be losing a sale. Her reply "It doesn't matter what you do this vehicle is going to see with or without you coming so do what you want". I was shocked and asked why they do not value customers especially if one is willing to travel and again her reply "We don't need your business we are doing just fine this vehicle is going to sell and I hope it's before you get here" and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager - I spoke with Nada who stated she is the assistant manager but according to the website she is just an internet sales associate. She apologized and stated they do not run credit until the customer is in the building. She stated that based on the soft pull and seeing a loan through kia she was certain that it could be completed and that is why I was told I was approved. She assured me that everything would be taken care of Saturday evening and they would stay late to ensure it was completed. We left home at 7:15pm. While enroute there was a major accident that put us behind. I texted Athena and I was told "everyone left for the night there is no one out here". I was absolutely appalled! I should have realized the red flags from the beginning and as I googled the dealership and saw pages and pages of negative reviews I understand why. This dealership is giving Kia a very bad name. They lied and said the load was approved when in fact they did not even attempt to structure a deal or submit to financing. Besides being lied to and treated awful we could have been at another dealership signing but when I reached out Sunday the vehicle had sold. I have had several Kia's for many years and am a loyal customer but this may be the breaking point. Treating customers the way these dealerships are is unacceptable.

    We went to buy an Optima we had seen online, but it was sold. Our salesperson, Maria, worked hard to find us the car we wanted in the color and price range we wanted. The Sales Manager worked with us on price and the Finance Manager got us a very good rate on our loan. We are happy with Kia West and love our Optima!

    Bottom Line, I left this dealership feeling like they were just as interested in my satisfaction as I was myself. As if I had personal assistants ensuring my desires were taken care of, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

    I found a Kia online that fit my price and mileage wants. So I sent a email requesting info about the car. And I also made a call to the dealership about 8pm, I advised that I was coming to the store in the morning to see about purchaseing this cat. When I arrived at the store the person I was told to see was not at work. After 45 minutes or so I was taken to the lot to be told that they sold the car that I wanted. So now they show me a much higher price, same model about the same miles. I tell my sales person that the price won't work for me. He has me go for a test drive. I love the car, not the price. When we get back to the store. The game begins. They hit me with a payment $125 higher then what I told them I wanted to pay. So after 3 or 4 times going back and forth with payment amounts. I gave in and accepted a higher amount than I wanted to pay. Now it's a Sunday and after waiting 2 plus hours to see finance. We do paperwork on the deal, and I was asked to return Monday to complete the deal. So i drive the Kia home. And return on Monday to be told my payment and percentage went up after waiting for 2 hours to see finance. This dealership has no idea of what customer care is about, after the sale I was asked to give them a good review. I did, big mistake. They don't follow up with your phone calls or emails. And they get upset when you go to the sales manager. I can't recommend this store for any reason. Good luck if you buy from them. You will need it.

    Our credit was a big challenge but Bill Boyd was able to find the perfect vehicle for us and Victor was able to get us approved. Bill even stayed past closing time to work with us. We are very happy with our vehicle. This was our second purchase from Orlando Kia and I'm sure it wasn't the last. Great group of people.

    Purchasing a vehicle has always suffered from the stigma of being an unpleasant experience. Here however it's quite the opposite. I was treated with dignity and respect from beginning to end. No high pressure sales tactics. Asli was an angel and saying she was the best is an understatement. She was very patient and had a pleasant demeanor. David was concise and thorough. His job as a Finance manager is to upsell but never felt pressured. It is unbelievable how one business can totally change your expectations.

    I went to this dealership today. There salesman tried muscle me with price, like i didn't already no what the uplander was worth since my brother-in law is a GM for a Chevy dealership up north in Phily. This was going to be a cash sale. I will never do business with this dealership and since I'm a business owner will never recommend your dealer to NOBODY! I went to another dealer with 2008 uplander with 13000 miles less then yours and was in a lot better shape. The dealership treated with respect and they worked with me and guess what sold the uplander for a lot less then the pricing games the salesman wanted pull on me today. If I could give Zero stars for this dealership I would....... a real bad place! Have a nice day Kia West of Orlando at your parking lot dealership! Tom

    This buy 1 car get one free your job is your credit is a bunch of dirty sales.. I called and was called several times and explained to the sales people my credit situation it sucks>> however I make over 90,000 a year. They say no problem a job is your credit they lie....... Dont buy from them they will say anything to get you into there dealership.. Buyer beware
    • Traded a vehicle, drove out with the new one, waited for calls about detailing it as we purchased on a rainy day...11 days later told sorry you are not financed lets do a swap back, you get your car we get our back and clal it a day. WTF! Not only was I approved, I called and confirmed I was with the name on my contract, it was them who rejected the financing. To make matters worse, they sold my trade in vehicle and were trying to locate it! Never even gave us our own tags, had a paper tag placed on our new vehicle and still to date of this cannot find our tags. Our original lender was even willing to finance the new vehicle and again were told no by KIA manager (he says he is the manager, wonder if that is true...) finally located my car in the dark, the next morning we see the damage to the passenger wheel well, all scrapped up and yellow! Was told it was sold to Greenway, well guess what, Greenway says, no way, we did not have your vehicle, they are lying to you! I never in my life saw a bigger bunch of theives and crooks, true scam artisits inhuman disgraceful characters, first they told me we are like family...don't think so, then color of your car does not matter, just pick one...should have left then, but the rebate and the trade value was good. Now no one there will talk to us and help us out, I want the damage fixed, my plate back and the people involved fired, they have no business being in any business when you are deceptive and treat customers this way!

    How lucky were we when Scott C. greeted us. He was sincere, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we came to look at. After test driving the vehicle, Scott gave us time to talk about the car privately and wasn't pushy at all. The dealership we went to before Kia was very rude and smug with an attitude that turned us off. What a delight to have Scott be the complete opposite. Most refreshing was he realized what an important decision this was for us. After we made the decision to purchase, it was fast and easy. Scott pretty much asked us what it would take to seal the deal. We told him. He honored it. We will be purchasing a car again and will look forward to doing business with them again.

    Drove all the way from Titusville after speaking on the phone with Sales Manager Jonathon twice before leaving to look at a Kia Optima. Was told price was $17,995.00 Upon arriving I test drove and loved the car, then was told the price was really $23,995.00 Extremely dishonest and wasted my time home from deployment overseas with the Marine Corp in search of a vehicle to drive back to Cherry Point, N.C. Military Personal, don't go there !!!

    My wife and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. We had just finished test driving a vehicle and wanted a simple printed invoice of what the price + fees would be. The manager named Anas came to our table and had the audacity to say and I quote "You want me to work for you for nothing?”. Apparently having to plug in a few numbers on his computer and print it out was too much work and not worth the sale of a brand new car. With that kind of treatment even before I buy the car I can only imagine how horrible it would be after the purchase. The salesman we had before the manager showed up was trying to earn our business, it’s too bad the manager had to show up and ruin the sale. We won't be returning to them when we buy a car later this week.
