Absolutely amazing!

If she didn't know the answer to my questions she was upfront and quickly found them. Chito, the manager was just as helpful. There are no… surprises at this dealership, evert hung is straightforward. We loved it! I don't remember ever walking away from a dealership with that much confidence that I was making the right choice. He was extremely helpful during the whole process which took a couple of weeks until I knew exactly what I wanted to do.… Brian went an extra mile to ensure I am happy with my purchase. I can't recommend those people enough.Best car buying experience ever

Considering the ratings of the vehicle I was surprised the price was so low. Greg was able to answer all of our questions and… didn't make us feel pressured to buy in any way. by Portofinian on 04/20/2015I spent almost my entire day looking for a new car until I met Mo. The second I walked into Classic Mazda, Mohammad greeted me and from there the rest is history. Mo was very friendly, honest, easygoing, respectful, disciplined, confident… and happy. Mo is a good listener and He answered all my questions with accuracy so, buying a car from him was painless and fun. However, the finance guy was not as friendly as Mohammad or the rest of team. I don't know what his deal was. Perhaps it was because I was the last customer and he was tired or who knows why. All I know is that it was a bit late right after 9pm but Mohammad stayed the entire time, cleaned my old dirty license plate which I think it was a nice gesture of him and then I watched him drive away with my old car. Mo was awesome !!! And overall I had a good time and that is why I'm already thinking of getting a new car for my wife from him.Great dealership, greater people
by GatorBaitKS on 04/13/2015I had a wonderful experience at Classic Mazda! Upon arriving at the lot, I was greeted by Bob Newland. I told him the kind of car that I was looking for (Mazda3), and he had no problem helping me out. I test drove a used Mazda3… hatchback and then a used red Hyundai Elantra that caught my eye before deciding I wanted to check out the new 2015 Mazda3s. While I was test driving the 2015 Mazda3, Bob took the care and time to go through all of the features of the car with me, showed me how to use the Bluetooth system, showed me where all of the cup holders were located, showed me how to use the infotainment system, and answered all of my questions. After test driving the 2015 Mazda3, I knew it was the right car for me. From there, I was never pressured to add-on any services I didnt want, and Bob gave me plenty of time to think over my decision. After I purchased the car, Bob took the time to sit down with me in the car to make sure I understood how to utilize all of the features of the car before I drove off the lot. My experience at Classic Mazda was great, from test driving cars with Bob Newland to meeting Heath Patterson and even talking to the guys in the finance department. I would recommend Classic Mazda to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.They listen to your needs

He invited me inside, showed me around, and introduced me to some of the staff, including the manager. After taking some… information, we proceeded to find just the car I was looking for. We took it out for a test drive and it was perfect. Financing was easy to work with, got a great deal on the vehicle. Left very happy with my new Mazda6. Cant' say enough good things about this dealership and Jon Arnold. I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a new car visit Classic Mazda.Outstanding!

Daniel C was very competent, answered all our questions, and let the qualities of the cars speak for themselves. We drove several of the cars, there was no sales… pressure, and the applicable discounts were already built in the offering price. We ended up buying the car we wanted. I would vote them least motivated of the 3 dealers we dealt with. We called there three times and spoke to three… different people. No one would return our calls when we clearly told them we wanted to buy a new car. We bought from Sports Mazda who gave a great price and were great to deal with.Great Experience
by gladware on 03/17/2008Haven't bought a new car in a good many years. Went to Classic Mazda East first when looking to buy a new Mazda. The salesman, David Fant, was very nice. Never pushy. Was able to negotiate the initial price quote down. I didn't want to… jump at the first quote I got, so I decided to shop around some more, even though the negotiated price was "only good for today." That was the only car salesman line I got the whole time and it wasn't said in a pushy manner. Went to another dealership which was a total nightmare and ended up contacting David at Classic again. He gave me the same price that we had negotiated down to previously. Financing was a breeze. The finance person did try to get me to buy the usual (ie, extended warranties, service contracts, gap insurance, etc). He probably asked about 3 times but each time I declined and he did not push further. I know they have to try to sell these things, so I didn't resent it and like I said, he did eventually give up :) All in all, a good experience. If I need another new car, I will definitely go there first and would recommend it to anyone. You might get a couple of sales lines but the people here seem to be relaxed and laidback. They seem more concerned with customer service and didn't play games with me.Classsic Mazda made it easy

However I found him to be very friendly and not pushy. There was no hard sell and only… genuine concern over what we were looking for in an automobile. Once we selected a vehicle and confirmed pricing (having gone through the Costco Auto Program) he made the paperwork process efficient and painless. Throughout the entire process (even bringing it back the next day for some additional parts) Jason went out of his way to make sure our needs were handled.Chito is the best Car Salesman.

The quotes I received were competitive and straightforward. I was convinced they were giving me the best… deal they could. I was sick of the games being played by other competing dealerships and found their approach refreshing. In particular, the salesman who assisted me, Jason A., was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I was coming from out of state to purchase my vehicle and thus needed some additional assistance and advice, which he readily and quickly provided. It makes a huge difference in the whole car-buying experience, when you can deal w/ salespeople who seem genuinely nice and concerned w/ your impression of them and their business. I really appreciated all his help and would highly recommend both he and Classic Mazda to friends and family.What a great experience
