Amazing Service Again!

by Alan Montana on 05/11/2021Going into a car dealership has never been a pleasant or comfortable experience for me. Classic Mazda is a different type of dealership. Our sales consultant, Michael Shehata, was knowledge and a CONSULTANT not that typical "salesperson" I… have come to expect when leasing a car every 2-3 years. The person we worked with in finance, Brandon Kush, did not try to make the dreaded hard sell for multiple add-ons to the lease. Brandon explained the additional items/coverages/options available and if we declined he moved on with the process. Because of this type of service as long as I am in the Orlando area Classic Mazda has gained a loyal customer. We have another car that will be returned to its lessor next year and we will be replacing that with a vehicle from Classic Mazda. by Casey on 05/05/2021My husband and I were not familiar with Mazda, but a few years ago we were referred by a friend who purchased from Classic Mazda. We were impressed with the car, process and service. My husband’s lease was up and he knew he wanted to go… back for another Mazda. I had a 12 year old Prius and was looking for a plug-in hybrid or an electric compact suv. I did a lot of research and went to Toyota and Kia dealerships. All of the Toyota dealerships were rude and unhelpful. The Kia salesperson told us the car we were looking for was not there—we were standing right in front of it. We were greeted at Mazda, at our appointment time, by Michael Shehata. We test drove three different vehicles. Michael was patient, knowledgeable about all of the cars and personable. We were there longer than expected and he was super busy yet he made us feel like we had all of his attention. It looked to be the same with his other customers. Brandon Kush helped us in the finance department. He was also friendly and knowledgeable. He was aware that we needed to get home to feed our dog and did his best to go over everything in a timely, non-rushed manner. We left that day with two new cars. Honestly, I’m a little bummed about not having an electric car, however, I love my Mazda. It’s gorgeous and the quality for the price is impressive. My husband takes the cars in for service and his stress level is zero at Classic Mazda compared to the local Toyota dealerships. That went into my decision to purchase from Classic Mazda as well. Plus, Mazda is coming out with a an electric model so I’m already planning ahead. Thank you Michael, Brandon and Classic Mazda!Great Dealership with Awesome Team

Alex was great from the test drive to giving… me the keys to a new CX 5. Chito worked with me to help maximize my investment and made sound recommendations. I forgot the loan underwriter name, but he was a class act and helped me understand the terms and conditions clearly. Overall, just a great fun experience.Who woulda though!

by pianoma on 11/27/2015My daughter and I went to Classic Mazda because they are a Costco dealership. Gordon Pagano was our salesman. He was so patient, kind, attentive and really knew his product. My daughter ended up choosing another car at a different… dealership, but the new car bug bit me when we were working with Gordon. So instead of working with a dealership 30 minutes from my home, I drove an extra hour so I could deal with Gordon. I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 and I am very happy with my new car! Gordon went through the manual with me and then we went out to the car and he made sure everything was programed and I was familiar with everything inside the car before I drove off the lot. He has a wonderful personality and was never pushy about making a sale. I truly felt he had my best interests in mind throughout the entire sales experience. If you are looking for a new car, please ask for him. If you have a Costco membership, he will go the extra mile to get you the best deal possible. Everyone we dealt with was professional and very knowledgeable. They are very transparent and upfront with… everyone. No trickery or trying to slide something into the deal. Bob newland was my sales guy and couldnt say enough about his professionalism. Made sure everything was what we wanted and didnt try and steer us in what they wanted to sell rather than what we wanted.Excellent Dealership
