One of the easiest, quickest and best experiences at a car dealer. I would definitely… recommend that you ask for Luke by name, he will work the best possible deal he can. by another stupid buyer on 06/11/2025My purchase experience here is why most people hate buying a car. I don’t live in Miami so, this purchase was done online. I found the car on their website after hours. The next day I received a call from a salesperson. I gave them my… trade info, also a Lexus with way below average miles. I was then sent a buyer's order valuing my car at $7,000. I was outraged. It retails for 13k-15k on all the car-buying sites. I had forgotten I had used their trade-in icon the day before on their website. Later that evening I found an email with a trade valuation from Lexus of N. Miami for $12,688. I forwarded Sean Kamal the GM of Lexus N Miami with their offer of $12,688 email. He couldn’t be bothered to reply himself, so he pushed it off on someone below him. I was told the offer was 7,000 firm, and maybe I shouldn’t trade in my car. Clear bait and switch move. No explanation, no apology. I was offered and additional $500 discount take it or leave it. The vehicle they were selling was what I wanted and had low miles. I reluctantly went ahead and purchased the car. When I took delivery of the car it had a broken piece on the lower dash just hanging there. Impossible to miss on the multi-point inspection required for an L Certified Lexus. Every other L Certified Lexus I’ve purchased was delivered in immaculate condition. I will say my sales person, Sierra was professional and very helpful along with her partner Constantine. Sean (GM), Alfred (used car mgr.) and Todd (finance mgr.) typify the stereotypical car salesman. No integrity whatsoever, and give this Lexus dealership a bad name. I wish I had done more research. I have found many many bad reviews of this dealer. Many complaining of bad service, bullying tactics during the sales process, inconsistent pricing, etc. I bought a Lexus from Lexus of Pembroke Pines in 2018, and I had a great experience. Both are Craig Zinn owned dealers. I thought Lexus dealers were above sleazy car sales behavior. Not at Lexus of N. Miami. One more thing- after I posted a Google review I received a text from an employee there asking me to please take down my review, because it didn't look good for them. The b@lls on these folks. National Search Paid Off

Both of them were friendly. And at no time did I feel I was being pushed… toward anything. The beautiful 2021 Lexus ES 300h UL is now in its new home. Spotless car. Excellent price. They came on my radar as a result of wanting to make an offer on my… trade in. Originally I wanted RAV4, bur the price for Lexus NX300 with less miles , same year was only a tiny bit higher, but it is so much more luxury!!! The service was amazing, Anna K was helping… us. She was so patient with us, so knowledgable about cars, and very very helpful. It was the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car!!! by Sarhan on 10/18/2023RUN AWAY !!! My story began when I found a used ES350 I wanted to buy. My interaction was with Dulce a salesman at Lexus of North Miami . I commissioned an inspection of the vehicle, which unveiled scratches that had not been disclosed… during my prior inquiries. Dulce quoted me a price higher than what was listed. I brought this to him, and he chose not to respond. I escalated to a manager, Rosaly. She assured me that the price would be honored, but her demeanor conveyed as if she were doing me a favor. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with Dulce, to which she stated that a different salesperson would be assigned. I sent the wire transfer on August 19th. I repeatedly requested the new salesman, Demetri, to communicate with their bank for confirmation, and every time, they said they would not do that as they receive funds daily, and there's no need for it. I even ended up reaching out to their bank myself, and they confirmed the transfer. I confronted Rosaly with the information and the date of money received on their dealership accounts; she said, "The payment has been received." That was on the 28th of August. It took them 8 business days to confirm the receipt of the funds; this raised suspicions. I sent seven emails to various managers. I have not received a response regarding the funds . I made six calls. I managed to reach ALFRED UTSET, the pre-owned sales manager. Unfortunately, He answered the call prepared to defend his employees and did not listen to me. I was about to express my concerns, but he replied, "You sent an inspection company, and they know everything, so you shouldn't have any concerns!" I had to clarify, saying, "Did you even hear me? I said 'concerns,' do you know what that means? I'm not talking about the car; I want to discuss the transfer and how your employee treated me, and I want to know if they did the maintenance I requested." He didn't answer my questions and continued to speak forcefully and condescendingly. I sent emails inquiring about when I could coordinate with the shipping company to pick up my car. I asked when they would refund the deposit since I had sent. However, Demetri did not respond to these questions. He simply replied that everything was on process. I reached Rosaly to inquire about the refund status. She responded, claiming to be helping me by expediting the refund process. She stated, "Normally, we refund the money after delivering the car!" She emphasized her cooperation. Interestingly, in one of Rosaly's emails dated August 17th, she mentioned, "Please be aware that the deposit made with the card will be refunded promptly upon receiving the wire transfer for the full amount." So, either the content of her email or the content of her text message contradicts the truth. during the shipping phase, they provided no assistance and stopped responding, causing me significant inconvenience. This frustrating experience felt unprofessional and unethical. Imade it explicitly clear that I expected to be informed when the shipping company received the car. but they have not contacted me, resulting in delays. To clarify, these are not allegations; this is simply my personal experience, outlining the difficulties I encountered over a whole month, including a staggering 182 emails exchanged with them to conclude a deal; it should have raised concerns at the management level, but it seemed like no one cared. Please don't waste time telling me sorry. I'm well aware that you're already informed about what happened, and most managers are familiar with my emails and calls. Let's not play games or pretend that you really want me to call to resolve this issue. There's no need to keep up this facade.Sarhan, I'm really sorry to read about your experience. responsive to out of state buyers

They talked to me, while other dealerships refused, about a highly sought after vehicle (LX600). Their statements concerning their present inventory… were honest. While they tried to sell me these, they did not put on a high-pressure sales pitch for dealer packs such as extended warranties or paint coatings, as I have experienced elsewhere. We made a deal considerably over sticker, but unfortunately that's the market. Would not add a towing package; I will have to deal with that post-sale. Overall I found Efrain Ponce, their salesman, to be helpful, effective and responsive.We are always trying to improve our services for our clients, so thank you for sharing this helpful feedback with the team, Jeff. Easy Process with Finance Manager but Sales Unreliable
by GX Spark on 03/25/2022Purchased a vehicle while out of State. My wife was in town and handled everything for me. Dealing with the finance manager, Mr.Omar, was simple. He's professional and reliable. The sales not so much. They're friendly in your face but don't… follow up when they say they will or do what they say and once you purchase you can forget about anything they told you. I'm still waiting for Juliana to get back with me about my all weather mat. If JM Lexus would have had the truck I wanted I would've purchased from them. I'm a repeat customer of their's. Superb service before, during and after the purchase.While we’re glad your finance process was seamless, we’re sorry you feel there were unkept promises made by our sales team. It was not until later that I realized they charged me $7000 for the car that I had… returned and that $7000 was added to my new bill. Therefore now I am stuck with a very high bill that I can not even pay. They also changed the interest rate without even letting me know. I have been a customer with them for some time now and I am really unsatisfied with the deal they said would be the best for me.Scam from this dealer

Had an out the door price, only to find out that, even though the description of the car I was negotiating said certified, that they would not honor the… certification because we 'negotiated' a price. Really? What dealership advertises a certified vehicle, works up a price, and then says, by the way, we will not certify this vehicle since we negotiated. NOT TO MENTION, the salesperson I worked with neglected to tell me this detail. It was the director of internet sales who told me only when I had to resort to calling him to get interior pictures (after asking for 3 days). I was given the 'Ma'am, I am the director and it doesn't matter what the breakdown of the price is if you have an out the door price.' Well, let me tell you I am the paying customer, and if the paying customer asks for a breakdown of the price, you give them a breakdown of the price. I don't care if you are the director or the POTUS. I only had to call the director because the salesman didn't deliver within a reasonable amount of time (3 days!) by Nicolae1221 on 05/27/2016[HTML removed] The short version: We tried to buy a car and ended-up in $3000 debt, no car, damaged credit score, wasted more than a month of time and a lot of stress and disrespect from the dealership. Please note that the lease on our… names (me and my wife) started on Apr/16 if Im not mistaken. Still today we play the ping pong. Taking into consideration all above I will make short summary of my experience. Everything is backed-up by documents, photos, emails and SMS messages that I have also shared. I have experienced an extremely bad communication with the dealership and I was never getting concrete answers to my questions From time to time seeing things do not go as smooth or seeing things that I dont like I was trying to halt the process and try to escalate the situation to the next level management, every time I was dragged back into continuing it as is. I was saying ok, maybe this time they know and will work it out. I was thrown from one person to another and the next one started from scratch the process as nothing existed until that moment My impression is that I was, and most probably I am still taken for a kid, thus I feel discriminated by age, because this is the behavior I feel towards me whenever I get the chance to talk to one of the so called managers I am under the impression that during the application process people I have worked with (concretely Ted and Nick) had no idea what to ask, quick example: they asked the I-94 Form for US citizen, which is my wife. As far as we know the I-94 is for foreigners only. US citizens do not have or need this form. I was threatened with police by Alfred for not returning the car, even though I have repeatedly asked in few emails and SMS messages to come and pick it up. I suspect Alfred did not had all the feedback I sent for the last month at hand or flat out ignored it. In any case, never in my entire life anyone called me thief or threaten with Police for any reasons. I find myself with damaged credit score, the Capital One and Credit Karma show -30 since we started the process. Not sure but I think we signed only to apply for Lexus Financial and not anything else that was applied for. We are forced to pay between $2000 to $3000 to ship my trade in car to California and and ship the 2016 Lexus GX back to Florida, this is in contrast that we did not do any wrong steps except trust and follow the guidance of the dealership in terms of papers to send, signature and if we are allowed to use the car or travel with it. I have the email where I asked if this is not allowed then to tell me ASAP. The simple fact that there is no deal and the $3000 downpayment is still not refunded a month later makes me suspect this is some sort of robbery or blackmail in plain daylight. And BTW I have asked explicitly few times to proceed with the refund, ship me my car and pickup dealerships Lexus GX. nothing happened. No reply, no suggestions, no middle-ground. What happened is Alfred called and harassed me with the Police. Before all this got out of hand, I have requested the front desk by the phone to ask the General Manager to call me. They said he left, I requested for him to call me the next day. What happened is that John Worshin called which is in charge of finance and he was not able to answer my questions, he said he will get back to me and he never did. I was thrown to another person. Despite that when I call nobody seems to care, when the dealership calls they leave voice messages that are meant to sound very heavy and important. I swallow this attitude and call back to see what is so important after tons of my emails and unanswered phone calls from their side.Exemplary Sales Experience

We did… this in3 easy phone calls and Edgard delivered the car to us in Miami with all papers ready to sign, we did not have to worry about driving up to Pembroke Pines.
