I’ve been dealing with him now for a year and a half and he is always incredibly kind, accommodating, responsive, and friendly. Very very much appreciated! Then-… my review from a year and a half ago: I am so grateful for these folks in the Service Dept at Audi North Miami. Long story short- I had a very stressful tire issue on my new Q8 on the way to the MIA Intl airport from where I live in Orlando right before a 2 1/2 week California vacation. I was having a horrible time getting in touch with a dealer closer to where the car was towed to in Miami and they were giving me a runaround, not being responsive nor helpful and were horrible. After almost a day and a half of stress dealing with them and this issue from California I called Audi North Miami and Robin who I’ve since nicknamed “Robin Hood” answered immediately, and just said yes yes yes. The car was brought to them the next day and they handled everything. Juan in the service Dept. took over when the car arrived and I am so grateful to him. I love this Audi dealership Service Dept and Robin and Juan! Thank you!Thank you for your update! We're delighted to hear that Juan continues to provide phenomenal service. It's great to know he's been kind, accommodating, and responsive over the past year and a half. Extremely Professional Experience
by TJDickey on 05/17/2024I moved to Key Largo in 2023 and first went to The Collection to have my car serviced. I was very unsatisfied with how I was treated there so I came to Audi North Miami for my next service. It was a night and day difference between the two.… I was greeted by some very friendly individuals as the shop opened and I dropped off my vehicle. I spoke with Geno about the work to be done to my car and he pointed me towards the waiting area with free coffee and Wi-Fi. In about an hour I had a message detailing the status of my car and the work to be done with a cost estimate. I spoke with one of the managers on site, Robin, and he was very understanding of my situation regarding my previous experience at another dealer and was very eager to forge a proper relationship with me moving forward for both sales and service. I will be back.Thank you for choosing Audi North Miami and sharing your positive experience with us. We're glad you found our team friendly and helpful, and that Geno and Robin made your visit enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming you back for future sales and service needs.
Malfunction
by JamesDu on 05/16/2024I called after seeing the warning lights. I brought the car right in. Within 45 minutes the problem was diagnosed. Shortly I left wit a loaner. I was told it would take several days to get the part. It took one day longer than expected..… they contacted me to pick up the car. I returned the loaner and was on my way within 15 minutes. Everyone was helpful.It's great to hear that our team at Audi North Miami was able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. We understand how important it is to get your car back on the road as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience during the parts delay. We're pleased that our loaner program helped minimize any inconvenience for you, and we're glad to hear that everyone was helpful throughout the process.

Absolutely BEST dealership ever!

The sales team member from whom I purchased my car, was extremely warm accomodating and knowledgeable, without ever being pushy. The dealership near my house that I… first went to was so rude and pushy that I was literally taken aback.... especially given the fact that I had bought with them three times previously. At Audi North Miami I was shown car after car with tremendous patience. When I finally found the one I loved, I was given a great deal. But the great service did not stop there. Over the next few days, Even after watching online videos and reading the manual, I did not fully understand the somewhat technical system. I went back, and both the sales person and the service department patiently spent 2 hours going over the workings of the car with me. After owning my beautiful for only three months, A woman ran a red light and took off. My car had to be towed. It was so disappointing to have a brand new car be in an accident. Audi North Miami was just as wonderful in working with my insurance company then getting it fixed, and fixed beautifully, and in a timely fashion as they were in selling me the car. I cannot recommend Audi North Miami more highly.It's fantastic to hear about your exceptional experience at Audi North Miami! From the sales team's warmth and knowledge to the patience and dedication shown by the service department, it's clear that we go above and beyond for our customers. Tire rotation

Warranty saved the day
by Fred Zack on 03/14/2024My 2019 Q5 Audi was not driving properly. At first, I thought the spark plugs were misfiring, and that I could easily treat it myself but I was mistaken. I took it to the dealer and they said it was the differential or the clutch and it had… to be repaired or replaced. my service advisor Gino noted that my car was under warranty, but not only that because it was a Certified used car I not only got the repair without a deductible but I got it for free. Plus they gave me a loaner car which was a 2024 and brand new.It's great to hear that your issue with the Audi Q5 was resolved under warranty and that you didn't have to pay for the repair due to it being a Certified used car. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction! We appreciate your business. We look forward to assisting you in the future.
