    Once I came down to the service dept in person looking for Travis who was my contact, and never returned my calls or texts I found out he’s no longer there. David stepped in and ran with it to get info and kept me informed on status. I’m happy with repairs that were done.

    I've owned my Wrangler for about a year now and finally found a dealership that doesn't waaaaay overcharge, add service you don't need, or add fees that are CRAZY! Well over $20 cheaper just for oil change and tire rotation than dealerships further down US19. And, they finished the service in the time promised. Not the case elsewhere. No need to shop around. Start here... you won't regret it.

    The service we got at Ferman was exceptional. We brought our Jeep in for regular maintenance and received awesome treatment especially from the Service Advisor Steven Brawer, he is truly exceptional!

    Service writer was great as was the driver providing transportation. The person who scheduled the appointment should be more knowledgeable as it was suggested that I wait for the repair. When I got there I was told it woul be 2 1/2 hours

    lizzie lim and Mr Hass were very knowledgeable, cheerful and helpfull .As well as Scott Poth i dont think the dealership realizes that some of us older customers dont carry a cell phone continiously, or want to maintain a close relationship as far as sales/trending downloads, but everything was great with the sales staff, we live 60 miles away so we wont service with them, but we drave a long way to make a deal when dealerships nearby ran us off or discounted our buying ability by our looks, Ferman Didnt !! we were treated with respect, our new Bighorn crewcab 1500 turbo diesel got 27 mpg coming home!!

    My ABS warning light began coming on intermittently for a while and would go off after driving, which was irritating but evidently did not affect the manual breaking system. When the light came on and did not go off I called the dealer on Monday and was given an appointment the next day where they checked the truck over and fixed the issue while I was waiting.
