by Brian Rogers on 04/12/2022I wished I hadn’t cleared the code. I wrote it down but GM’s policy says there has to be an active code. We couldn’t get it to come back but being that I had 1500 miles to drive to get home. I requested a manual regeneration to see if I… would be safe to travel. Truck cleared parameters. I drove 15 miles and the light came on again. I was there first thing in the morning. They got me in ASAP! The guys found the issue and it’s handled. Long story but without their help, I would’ve been nervous the whole trip home and possibly stranded... The dealership has great people. Brian was my server, Ed is the Service manager and Jack was the mechanic. Great guys! Thank you very much!Brian Rogers, thank you for sharing your positive experience!
