    Made an appointment for 745am had my car there at 7 then I find out the appointment was not an appointment it was a 48 hour diagnostic which left me stranded and had to find me a way home very very poor communication. Now after 3 days I have not heard anything I emailed asking the status was emailed back that they were going to talk to the tech to find out 8 HOURS LATER no response sent another email NO RESPONSE. I finally called hung on line for several minutes talked to Jim the service person and still. Got the same response he has not talk to the tech. THIS WAS A VERY POOREXPERIENCE just like the last time I was in there got quoted 500 for having my transmission filter changed and it turned out to be 1000 dollars another instance.

    Friendly and Fast Service. Extra Kind to my kids which is not always easy bringing them to long wait appointments. The waiting area was kid friendly with hot chocolate, coloring and they loved looking at the cars in the display room. The Oil Change was complete before they were finished having fun. It was not just about business but a welcoming comfortable experience.

    I recently moved to Naples Fla. And started to look for a Sports Car, after meeting Brian and Mark I decided Not to look any further and bought a Corvette I am from Staten Island and wasn’t sure about Fla. Considering the NYC pot holes and bad weather conditions I would be limited to driving a Vette there, I am a permanent resident and my New Car made me very happy

    PLEASE SEE MY NEW UPDATE BELOW. I CALLED THE PERSON WHO I WAS TOLD TO CALL AND HE CALLED ME AND I QUOTE “ YOU ARE A VERY BAD PERSON” Very disappointed in this service department to say the least. I was down here for the winter and took my Chevy Silverado 2500 High Country in as I had a faulty parking sensor. This should have been covered under the fact warranty and they would cover it because it was damaged. Mind you the vehicle is still under the manufacturer warranty. Out $500. They said a rock hit it. If you look at the front of the sensor, you can see heavy damage. The sensor is the size of a dime. I’m a fanatic about washing my truck. There isn’t a ding or scratch on the truck. If a rock truly hit the front number and caused this much damp to the sensor, how in the hell is the bumper perfect all around it??! I also want to mention that I had an appointment to fix this the week before and the dealership screwed up and never called me to cancel the appointment because they were having a service computer issue. Drive 40 miles round trip. I did call Chevrolet and they said they would contact the dealer. But she said I was at the dealers mercy. She agreed that they should have covered it regardless as a loyal GM customer for years. This will make me reconsider what manufacturer I choose when it’s time to replace my Wife’s Chevy Tahoe and my Chevy truck

  • Multiple Visit Issues

    Have tried now on multiple visits to get items quoted and installed and dealer failed to deliver. Dealer takes appointments but cannot even look at vehicle for 24-48 hours after appointment starts (their statement that is their policy)? Why not just take less appointments? We will no longer take our GM product vehicles to this dealer.

    The entire car buying process was such a pleasant experience. Sam was my salesperson and he provided me with all kinds of options choices as I was torn between two vehicles. There was absolutely no pressure ….he let me make up my own mind after providing me with info about both cars. He was kind and pleasant enjoyable to work with.

  • Repair of 2019 Corvette

    I was directed to Javon Morissette in the service department to assist me with repair for my 2019 Corvette. The accident I had was running over a large piece of concrete that apparently had fallen of the back of a truck. Due to the low profile of the Vette, I had run over the piece causing damage with the front Lip, two tires and two rims. Javon helped with directly by sending photos to my insurance company (Farm Bureau). His assistance with helping me is so greatly appreciated.

    Brought my vehicle in for warranty service. The service manager, Jack, implied that I was being untruthful and denied the warranty. His attitude is cavalier and arrogant. I have purchased many Chevrolet’s from this dealer and the the previous owner. I will never purchase or use this dealer for service in the future.
