Wonderful experience!

My husband and I just purchased a 2025 X7 with David Morar as our sales advisor and the experience was great! We were able to complete most of the buying process through texting and email, which I prefer, and it was much better than sitting in a dealership for hours. David was thorough and answered all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable and kept us informed throughout the process. The financial team was also very pleasant to work with. We appreciated the smiles and positive attitudes even though we knew they were busy with end of the month sales. Highly recommend!

My sales rep Jordan Knight was outstanding and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and found me the car that I was looking for. I used Jordan at a different dealership on my last two BMW’S. When he took a position at a different dealership, I decided to stay with him even though he was 45 miles farther away.

Timely and complete

George Donovan our advisor took the time to arrange for service even though we didn’t have an appointment (the problem occurred while we were driving so we went directly to the dealership). The gentleman who first greeted us took us home. First thing the next day the problem was diagnosed and repaired by the second day. Lots of good and timely communication with George and the technician

Chuck Griffith, service manager, is why you buy a BMW. The manufactured vehicles are great but they are machines that need to be serviced. You can count on Chuck and his team to make that happen. He works closely with John Casco, sales manager, to ensure the dealership’s customers are well cared for. We always have owned Mercedes Benz vehicles and made the switch to BMW. We’ll never go back. Amazing all around experience from a dedicated team!
