He walked me through all my options on my scheduled maintenance and kept me in the loop on the status of my Tahoe. The service department was immaculate… and organized. They completed the work on time and treated my vehicle in a professional manner.It is great to hear everything was done quickly and to your satisfaction!
Replacement of a headlight on my 2017 Chevy Impala

Although not thrilled with the cost of a new headlight today, I was amused looking back that the cost of a headlight today is approximately what my father paid for his… new 1941 special deluxe maroon Chevy in the spring of that year.It is great to hear everything was done quickly and to your satisfaction!

Disappointing Communications

I attribute a great deal of the dealership’s success to the staff, and in particular, Service Advisor Matt Fisher and his Service Manager… Jack. Nice experience

He spend 15 minutes with me knowing that I was not purchasing this day. He treated me professionally… answered all my questions and explain to me about the Rick Hendrick story of dealerships. I most likely will check out Hendrick cars.com and buy a vehicle in the future.Our entire team works hard to work with your budget and get you the best deal. We're always here with the same great service whenever you need service or another vehicle!

Poor Service
by rj on 04/22/2025On 4-21-25 salesman Chris called me to confirm he had in stock a car I was interested in. Told him I would come in the next morning. He texted me his info and I replied confirming I would come to the dealership at 9:30am. When I arrived,… salesman Iran could not find Chris. I texted Chris and got no reply. Turns out the car I wanted to see was not even there and Iran nor Aston knew anything about it and assumed it was sold during the past 12 hour gap in which I had spoken with Chris. Once again horrible service at Rick Hendrick Chevy and they wonder why car sales people have such a bad reputation. I will NEVER go there again for service or sales as they absolutely suck.Thank you for your feedback. The dealership response says to contact Jack and when I called I was told he was the service manager. The poor service is from the sales staff not the service department. The service person transferred me back to the operator and I was told to speak with Matt the general manager. The call was transferred back to Jack. I hung up and called again asking for Matt and again the call was transferred to Jack. Even more horrific service was when a sales person called me today to ask if I was still interested in the car I originally came to see which was not there. After telling this sales person my about my previous experience he apologized and I requested the general manager call me back and he said he would pass on the message. Still no call from anyone and that is ok because this only proves what a three ring circus is taking place at this dealership. I will never go there to purchase a car because it is a [non-permissible content removed].

I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and six months later, the A/C stopped working. I took the truck in on a… Wednesday morning and was promised it would be ready in 2–3 days. That was a lie. Five days passed, and I still hadn’t heard anything. I started going there in person every day, and every single time it was just more lies(Especially Clinton and Yesenia employees). Even the service manager lied straight to my face. No accountability, no honesty — just excuse after excuse. After NINE days without my truck (which I need for work), they finally called and said it was ready — but suddenly my battery “wasn’t working” and I needed to pay $500 for a new one. I had ZERO issues with that battery before. It’s clear they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of their customers. This place is nothing but a scam. If you value your time, money, or sanity — avoid Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Naples. Unless you’re looking to throw your money away, stay far, far away from this dealership.Thank you for your feedback. Working with Jim was so refreshing, and all my questions were answered. I am headed back North for the… summer and will be returning to Rick Hendrick in the winter. Upon arrival Chris my service technician checked me in and alerted me that they had sensors in the garage floor and as I drove in, it indicated my car was out of alignment so they took care of… everything and I was pleased with the service and the timeliness of their work.It is great to hear everything was done quickly and to your satisfaction!

Replacement of rack and pinion steering gear
by Fronczek on 03/25/2025My experience was they overcharged me for the part by five to $700 they did not wanna move on the price because I said to go with the work after checking on the price of local dealers I found the piece to be cheaper. The service manager… said if you didn’t like our price why didn’t you go to a different dealer? I thought it was an honest service center for GM. Apparently I was wrong. They were gouging customers. They also did not want to give me my GM discount because they said they adjusted my price of $500 but that was just for the part. I was still entitled to my GM discount. They told me if I have proof that I was a gym employee they would discounted when I did come in. They change your mind and they said no we cannot do that. We are already gave you a discount because they overcharged before the part. The service tech that worked on my truck did fix the truck.Hi, it is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great.
