    This dealers customer service are no good I went to check my car I had appointment at 9 pm It 12 Pm no one come to me and say anything when I got that’s the time they told me ur is there the guy to go get my my and gave to me he said there were nothing wrong with ur car I was the first customer they left me and served order customer I never felt so disrespected like that

    My car broke down about one mile from dealer. I usually use Toyota of Hollywood (who I am very happy with), but because Toyota of NM was so close, I drove to them after getting my car to start because I was afraid it might not make it to Hollywood. They inspected car and determined it was the alternator. My warranty agent advised me that they could not approve to pay for 3 hours of labor to change the alternator. They also said the cost of the alternator was overpriced. I asked them to find me a local shop that had rates they approved. My agent said she would speak with Toyota to see if they would discount charges so I wouldn't have to move my car elsewhere. Fortunately, she was able to negotiate the labor time down to an acceptable range. I agreed to let Toyota NM work on my car. When I called the service writer to verify above, Mr. Hernandez told me my front brake pads needed to be replaced. I told him they did not as I had them replaced about 6 months ago. He said where because they didn't do it, I advised him I had them done elsewhere. Obviously, the mechanic did not tell Mr. Hernandez they needed to be replaced. Apparently this was his own assumption because it was recommended that they be replaced about 7 months ago and I got them done by a private mechanic. When I picked up my car, I was told I to pay the cashier. They wanted to charge my card 3.5%. I told them no way, I would go get cash from my bank ATM and come back. They then did not charge my card. When I was there last March to get my car repaired (broke down again in NM), I was not charged a card fee, so this came as a shock that they would do this. I feel that Toyota of NM is nickel and diming people, that this is a dishonest practice, and I will never go back there.

    Went to multiple dealers, no one would give rates or internet prices. Here, price was honored, and interest rates were estimated to generate a realistic payment estimate, which was on the “money” when docs were signed. Thank you for the team and Jefferson’s help.

    Today we bought our daughter a 2022 Toyota Corolla at Toyota of north Miami, the salesman David was great to deal with and very professional and there was no pressure at all from anyone, the experience was really good and I will definitely be coming back.

    We bought a 2021 RAV4 from private party in 2022 with a previous accident. Almost 2 years later all the warning lights came on and the wipers stopped working. Miguel Pintado the assistant service manager and his team had to dissemble the steering wheel and much of the car to diagnose the issue. They found it was faulty wiring with JB weld from prior repairs that came apart. They properly fixed head lights and other stuff as well for pure customer satisfaction!!! I have always believed dealers were ripoffs and over charged. The total bill was 535.00. We were expecting way more for the amount of time they had to put in for diagnostic testing. It was two days of diagnostic testing. I even gave Miguel a hard time with me being a skeptic on auto dealerships. He listened and reassured me, we were in good hands. He was straight forward, honest and very patient with us. He really cares about his customers and in doing the right thing to earn and maintain customer loyalty. We will definitely use and recommend him and his service team at Toyota of North Miami. 5 star rating all the way. A+++++

    Customer service is great. Billie gave clear explanations for what my car needed with no pressure to do extra. The car was taken in quickly because there’s enough workers and big receiving area. The waiting areas and food were good.

    Wishing a warm thank you to Richard. I went into Toyota North Miami about a week ago after my 2008 Mazda finally gave out on me. Ever since I started shopping around, I was being contacted by sleazy dealers every single day trying to lure me to the dealership. Even at Toyota, I was initially assigned to a dealer who was obviously a new hire and not attentive to my needs. However, after ditching him, I ran into Richard at the used lot. From the beginning, he was different from the rest. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to force a car or a sale on me. Instead, based off my interests, he suggested a car I could test out. I even asked to test drive 2 other vehicles and he was more than willing and able. His poise and patience made me feel comfortable. My father came along with me and the two even hit it off(professionally). Ultimately, Richard made my car buying experience a breeze. I’d definitely recommend anyone thinking of visiting this dealership to go through Richard.

    Bought a 2020 RAV4 for my wife in February and during the buying process the dealership stayed in close contact with me. Now 4months later after sending multiple messages by Email about wanting to purchase a RAV4 for my daughter, Toyota Used Cars of North Miami are very slow to respond to my texts and Emails if at all, about my request as a returning customer! Getting a lack of response feels disrespectful, I want to do business so of course I expect professional service. I got a call from a salesman saying they sold out of the RAV4 that I'm trying to purchase for my daughter but over 3weeks later I continue to get advertised offers of the RAV4s that I want to purchase. It is very frustrating 😤! After I purchased the 2020 RAV4, I would have given the Toyota dealership 6stars instead of 5 but I'm wondering, just maybe, this is the way customers are treated by used car employees. I just hope its not because I'm black because I just can't make sense of it!

    I walked around the dealership for almost 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then i asked about lease prices on 2 specific cars. The sales guy brings out his phone and shows me the lease deals on the toyota national site for a totally different trim car. When i ask about a lease payment with the terms ( miles and months ) he tells me the only way he can do that is to run a hard credit check. He brings out his Manager who tries the same stunt telling me that the only way he can give me a baseline lease number is to have my social security details.

    [non-permissible content removed]. These people are [non-permissible content removed] that have no problem taking peoples hard earned money. Great price on a car? Be prepared for them to make up for it with thousands of dollars worth of fees for example, $999 dealership fee, $999 TNM package (total crap) fee, $500 file fee (also total crap). But they'll tell you they gave you all sorts of discounts. Won't finance with them because they offered you 7.9% even with good credit!!??? They'll add another $1000 fee for that, and take away one "discount" that they claimed they gave you. STAY AWAY!!!

    I strongly recommend Headquarter Toyota North Miami Beach. I had a pleasant experience, Tony Negrin and Jack Roa are the best. Top customer service kills, reliable and upfront. I am a very happy customer and to top it off the signing of the paperwork and car was delivered to my house. That’s a big plus for a mom with 2 small kids :-)

  • Feels like a SCAM ...... STAY AWAY

    Just stay Away !!!! A friend told me that and i didnt listen. $3000 AVM (Adjusted Market Value) $299 for a Tint Windows (that peels off in less than a Month and you can tint a C-HR for less than $100 ) $299 All weather matts , i didnt ask for it (BTW you can buy this on any dealer for $109 ) They never show the Window sticker , i founded 3 weeks later under the seat and realized what i paid for things i was said was a gift. i contacted but never got answer so i involved TOYOTA they finally called me to Discuss my issues , but they WILL NOT GIVE YOU refund for something they install wrong and you paid for that, the will not give you a refund for something you paid but you didnt ask for. "thats how we make money " Mr Santiago said to me on the conversation . After 20 minutes of conversation and they denied to refund , he mentioned that this conversation was being recorded , " WITH OUT MY CONSENT" and thats illegal in Florida ..... I will take different actions now , just because its not fair , yes this its a business but not the way to make money . in RESUME , STAY AWAY From Toyota of North Miami . STAY AWAY for any deal you see AMV added . Very Disappointed Mr Friedman . Very Disappointed Mr Santiago. UPDATE: 03/16/2019 After read Mr Friedman response i like to said that he is WRONG . He said i paid $27700 , as show in my invoice ,they charged me $29200 , so can you refund me that $1500 Difference you said? Also the real Value of the car its around $26k either with some adds from Florida distributor. I will wait for your call if you want to discuss in person a solution to can help a LOYAL TOYOTA fan for more than 30 years . This time in person and because your practices for recording conversations with out Consents of the parts its ILEGAL In the state of Florida and you should be aware of that . Waiting for you before the next update ..... * UPDATE #2 - 03/16/2019 Mr. Friedman . The Yellow Paper its my invoice and dosent lie , other if you for any reason has a different Invoice , that will be a internal problem . The Gray paper its my cars Window stickers and clearly say the price of the car and shown the AMV (after market adjustment ) of $3000 on a common vehicle . My car its a C-HR LXE , Not a Limited or special TRD PRO edition . Just to clarify , i never was show the window sticker . I want to think you really have the wrong document in front of you , but as you can see its all clear . if you want to meet and discuss please call me to set up a meeting , i am sure you and Mr Santiago have all my info already Since the day he called me and you was with him ,when he recorded the call with out my Consent
  • Bad Experience buying North Miami Toyota

    I went to North Miami Toyota this weekend and my experience was awful. I was in Toyota of Kendal, with a deal almost closed and to be sure get the best deal, I called an Internet Manager Sales (previously in contact with me) to confirm if he had a better offer to me. He said: "Yes, you come and bring me your car (2013 Sonata GLS) and your monthly payment will be $300, you can take the 2019 Camry XSE that we already talked". So, I left the dealer and went to North Miami. When I get there I was feeling really good with the attention, until the brought the numbers. $677 for a Camry!!!!! Are those guys kidding with me????? 677 x 36 = $24 372 at the end of the lease???? Are they serious? Then came the manager and he didn't try to do anything. He said: "I don't see it". Seriously, they have a huge problem with this dealer. You can't play with customers. They made me wasted my time, gas, put miles on my car, bad time, etc! Please, check that because it's unrespectful and nobody likes that!.
