A Bad day……wasn’t so bad!

We call Braman’s emergency number and that was all I had to worry about. They take care of every need! By… thursday afternoon The Tucson was back home all fixed ! Thank you so much!We’re so glad to hear you’re loving your 2020 Tucson and that our team at Braman Hyundai was able to handle everything quickly and efficiently. All the staff were extremely polite and drop off was quick and easy. I chose to wait to pick up and the car was ready as… promised in 1 1/2hrs. All in all I had a full service and still made it to work on time.Thank you for sharing your experience! Excellent Service at Braman

It ended up being a starter issue and it was repaired along with some recalled they mention. Starter was cover under… warranty along with the recall stuff. I want to thank Sergio Garces (Service Advisor) and Jason Delgado (Service Manager) for helping me at the most needed time.Thank you for your kind words! Great attention to my issues

Working with the online scheduler is a breeze and the folks at Braman--especially Jenni, my advisor--were very great. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they alerted… me to a potential problem with the AC and we scheduled me for a return visit to correct the problem.
