by Hamlet Pericles on 04/17/2025My experience with Braman Miami was absolutely amazing, despite the time-consuming process of signing papers and going through insurance coverage. The car salesman I dealt with was Louis Fell. I communicated with him prior, and he scheduled… an appointment at 10 AM. When I arrived, the Genesis G80 was ready for a test drive. After the test drive, I was eager to get a deal done. Numbers were discussed and I finally signed on the dotted line. Thereafter, the process was extremely lengthy. When I finally got into the finance office to sign everything over four hours had passed. Nonetheless, all the papers were signed, and the finance person was amazing (I can't remember his name). The insurance process was the last process and presented a hurdle. I received a prior quote online for about $350 for a monthly bill. When I called an insurance company trying to get coverage, the woman on the other end said it would cost over $600 to get insurance coverage. Frustration at that point was an understatement. I got off the phone with that person--and presented the issue to Louis Fell. He got my information and entered it via Geico, and a quote came back at around $160, with full coverage. In all, I would recommend Braman and especially, car salesman Louis Fell, to anyone who is seeking to buy a car, new or used. The people at Braman are great and I cannot complain.Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review! Cuando ya el trato estaba cerrado, tomo casi dos horas para que me pasaran al financista. Deberían… tener mas personal para dias especiales o de mucho movimiento.Gracias por compartir tu experiencia.
