by nothappytoday on 11/10/2015I have been trying to cancel my extended warranty for 45 days since I no longer own the vehicle. No one even has the courtesy to respond to an email or a phone call. I've sent several and not one response. As a business owner, a… professional would respond not ignore the customer. I'm sure if I wanted to buy a vehicle, they would return that call!!! Buyer's beware the warranty company can not process the refund, it has to go through the dealer and the dealer could care less!!!
