The sales Representative Ernesto Frontodona was very profesional , respectful and well Knowledge about our desire and the type of car we need. I recommended 100% He answered all our question regarding the car ,the price and the Financing process, besides he speak both languages Spanish and English. I will be back to your dealer without any doubts.

    If possible stay away from these people. They will charge you for mandatory options such as LoJack, etching, paint protection, recondition fees and the dealer fees. For new car cars I can understand the LoJack,etching etc but the used car already had items installed with the prior owner so they came with the car. They claim to add the paint protection and interior but they are not willing to give you any proof. They nickel and dime you. The “add ons” were roughly 3k and roughly 1.9k in fees. Then they tell you oh only special certified mechanics from Chevy can work on your car and have it covered under warranty. Update 3/15 I contact them as requested below and no response from them. I have been also trying to get in touch with Mario from finance regarding my extended warranty for the past 2 weeks and he never returns my calls or emails. I also tried contacting the director from finance via email with no response.

    One star is giving the Jeep dealer a super review, it should be negative 1 million. Just called for an appointment at Jeep, they told me Monday at 9:30 am is the appointment, they did not ask for name nor anything, seems that what they did was just send me to hell, what a lousy company.     Because of my Chevrolet Tahoe not being serviced and diagnosed correctly four over 3 weeks at Miami Lakes auto mall I was forced to trade in my Tahoe and buy another Tahoe at Tropical Chevrolet. There I also had another bad experience not only buying the car but on the second day when promised to And when I bought my 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe found out that there was a broken passenger tail light and someone who works there apparently when driving the car to get washed the car was hit my front driver side on April 28 2020 around 4pm. There a lot more that I would want to put in but it would be a blessing that I speak to someone in regards of my 2 incidents. [contact info removed]

    This dealership has to be the most disorganized and unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. In a day and age where the internet is one of the main sources for communication as well as purchasing products you would think that a car dealership would have a strong internet department. I spent two days trying to contact this dealership through their own website in order to work out a deal to lease a vehicle. There were two brands that I was interested in (RAM and Chevy). I first contacted them about a RAM 1500 and received a fairly quick response via text message. After a couple of text messages back and forth with the salesperson three days went by and I was left waiting for a quote that I never received. I then turned my attention to a Chevy Silverado 1500. That's where I attempted to contact them for two days and received no response. It was only when I made a request through TrueCar.com that someone immediately contacted me. This experience was no better. The person whom I spoke with and claimed to be a "manager" asked basic questions over the phone, told me she was going to put some numbers together and would call me back shortly. About an hour and a half later I was contacted by a salesman who was asking me when I was going to go to the dealership to see the car. Then when I would try to speak to him he would repeatedly cut me off and only when I got a little stern with him over the phone was when he became sensitive and told me I did not need to speak to him that way (I was stern out of frustration, but never cursed at him). I advised him that I was told by the manager that I would be receiving a call from her with a quote and since my experience with the dealership had been so negative up to this point I would not be spending my hard earned money there and I just simply hung up when the salesman continued to interject and did not seem interested in anything I had to say. My advice to anyone who decides to go to this dealership is "don't do it". There are plenty of other places to purchase or lease a car where you will be valued as a customer and treated with courtesy and respect.

    I rec'd a call from one of the manager from MIAMILAKES auto mall on 12/5/2019 at 5:40pm, however I was at work so I was not able to have a conversation with him I ask him to call on Friday 12/6/19 about 10:am he said okay, as of this day 12/11/19 I have not received a call from the him. Do you all care about customers?
