I live about 98 miles away and I told them I would make the trip if they could do it. To my surprise they did it. I have… been shopping for a month and this is the exact vehicle I had my heart set on. They were really easy to deal with and all of the men there are honest gentleman. Oh and my husband is a ford man. He is a retired technician. He was so happy to be able to see they had the hard copies of brochures on the 2017, 2018 mustang and my new ford escape sel. Reggie helped my nephew out so when I came to look for a car for myself I asked to see Reggie. He was busy and connected me with Reid. Reid is very… laid back and not at all pushy. At the same time he was incredibly helpful and I enjoyed working with him. A pleasant experience in trading cars...

Our answer came back in a very reasonable time. We were pleased with the price. Everything was detailed and easily… understood. It was a very fair price with no playing games as we have had other dealers do. He told us what our trade would give us and it was within the amounts we had thought it would be. Had had a few experiences before that were unbelieveable but this deal was smooth and no haggling . The finance department explained all the warranty information and to the detail. We ended up have a great experience at Kelly Ford and would definitely return. We are very happy with our new SUV and give your sales agent,Reggie five stars for sure...Thank you..Thank you for taking the time to write this fantastic review!
