Best buyer experience!

His professionalism far exceeded my expectations as a buyer. From our very first phone conversation, he was transparent, helpful,… and genuinely committed to making my car-buying experience as smooth and positive as possible. It never felt like he was just trying to sell a car-it felt like he truly cared about providing outstanding service. Keith, the finance manager, also made the process seamless. I was in a bit of a rush, and he reassured me that l'd be on time for my meeting. He efficiently handled all the paperwork and maintained complete transparency throughout. I've owned many cars in the past, but without a doubt, my experience at Porsche Orlando has been the best by far.Fastest car purchase ever!

Good except finance manager
by JG on 04/09/2025I had a great experience overall everyone was super friendly except I did not like the experience with the finance manager, William McVadon. I originally went with his loan offer however found a different loan outside of the dealership… which had a much lower rate. I emailed William to let him know that I went with another loan. He emailed me telling me everything had to be changed and before I could respond he called me minutes later telling me that everything all the paperwork had to be changed, mind you I had not been at the deal ship to sign any paperwork yet. He even told me that I should refinance, the loan or the contracts have not even been signed yet he wanted me to refinance. William sounded irritated that I had possibly messed with his commission because he was not able to match my rate and made it seem like there is nothing else that could be done. I stood my ground and let him know I was not going to refinance on a loan that hasn’t even taken into effect. I really did not want to deal with him and even considered making a purchase else where. When I finally got to the dealership he had not sent over any of the updated paperwork and had I not been diligent in reading through the paperwork would’ve signed off on the loan originated by William. Great first experience!
by Michael on 03/19/2024I searched for my perfect first 911 for months before locating it at Porsche Orlando. I made an online contact and was called within 15 minutes. I met Ken who became my sales rep. He immediately offered and performed a face time live… walk around of the car which helped convince me to drive to the dealership to further investigate. The entire process working with Ken was flawless and the most stress free car purchase I’ve made (& I have bought many many cars over my life). The actual pricing, purchase, and delivery were also flawless. Since the purchase, both Ken and the dealership have followed up multiple times to help with any questions I had and to ensure I was fully enjoying my first 911. One month later the car is great and Ken still periodically checks in. Porsche Orlando Experience
by Hol on 08/31/2023I came into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted. The Sales rep was nice and helpful and attended to us quickly to allow me to drive the Porsche. Dina Ryan in Finance was fabulous, knowledgable, friendly and responsive. She… took care of the the transactions quickly for us with the purchase of my new Porsche and got us on our way. Now by "new" I mean it is a used car but New to me. I was only given one key to the car when there should have been two. I had to wait about 3 wks to get my new key that I now have to get programmed at another dealership. Both keys should have been available at time of purchase. I also had to make a trip to the local dealer about 2 days from having the car to get more oil which is an annoyance as the car should have been all set to go. I wanted to purchase additional items for the car and my emails to another sales rep went unacknowledged. Zach in parts was very helpful and I did get my parts and key. Three of the tires were missing valve cap covers and I had to request those. I do not feel as if I received Porsche quality treatment post purchase and I would not buy a car from Porsche Orlando again nor will I recommend the dealership. Little things go along way. For example, they could have sent a key ring along with the key but they did not.First Porsche.

I’m a brazillian, so when I arrived, Cleber went straight to help us. He asked what we needed and… showed us our new car (which we didn’t know yet). We went for a test-drive and me and my wife liked a lot. We ended up buying not just the car, but the experience. I value a lot the experience at the dealer, how the seller help with doubts and everything else, so for me and my wife, the experience was great.
