The service team was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable about the repair. It was done in a very timely manner. If you dont have a warranty....don't use this place
by MP on 11/06/2023Took my 2008 Cayman to find an issue with a noise. Sent me a nice video walk around of my car and tried to tell me that the problem was a part I had just changed a week earlier. Might have helped if they had opened the engine compartment to… take a look instead of "assuming" they knew the issue source. I informed them I had already changed the part they were blaming for the noise but they sent me on my way a few hundred dollars lighter in my pocket...and no closer to figuring out my issue. After leaving a couple of emails and then a bad review, I finally got a call back asking for a second look which ended up being 2 weeks later because of scheduling conflicts. I got so fed up with the noise I took it to a buddys shop in Clermont and for under a $100 they found the issue...which WAS NOT the AOS as Porsche proclaimed. They even tried to sell me additional parts on the intake that had also...already been changed! Might help to open the hood and take a look before trying to sell a bunch of parts I don't need. Do yourself a favor and if your car is not under warranty, stay as far away from this place. Too many other reputable car shops in town with people willing to do the work.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at Porsche Orlando. Outstanding Service Experience

Not only was the service provided for this recall exceptional; I had an issue with the handling of the car and asked the service technician to take a look at it for me. He gladly… offered to take a look at it for me. I was expecting to be charged a diagnostic fee for this but was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't and that was extended to me as a courtesy because of my 25 year service to this country in the United States Marine Corps. I thank the technician for extending this to me and advised him that the diagnosis he provided resolved my issue, which turned out to be a defective tire. Cayenne routine service

But honestly the best part was how nicely my car was washed and detailed… when I picked it up.
