Sheehan IS Truly Belivin'!!!

Their… sales staff is extremely professional - NO PUSHING or undue pressure - they will move at your pace. My personal sales person is Joe Panei - he will take EXCEPTIONAL care of you - he will listen to all your needs & help you find the best car to suit your situation. The finance department will treat you with complete respect - you will LOVE FRED!! He is very experienced & well informed - he will patiently walk you through every single thing (as many times as needed) to make sure you leave with NO questions. He handled my registration & tag transfer right in the office - no hassle, no lines, just perfection!! So grateful and so excited for my next friend or colleague who needs a car, so I can send them to you!!Rip off

by Pre owned Car buyer on 02/16/2023I went w/ my 16 yr old daughter to Sheehan dealership to look at pre-owned vehicles for her first car. We went on 1/21/23 and spoke with salesman Yad Aflalo. We went to his office and he showed us his inventory on his computer. We saw a few… that might work which he wrote down to show us. One, in particular, was a 2019 GMC Terrain listed on the computer for $22,900. We asked him what the best price he could do on it and he introduced us to his manager, Dana Fishvien, who said the best he could do was $21,900 with no dealer fees. It was more than what we were initially looking to spend. We went home and decided to do the deal so we called back Yad an hour after meeting with him. We told him we were interested and he said he would call me back. When he called back he said that he made a mistake and the car was now $23,900. I saw with my own eyes on his computer the original price and we spoke to the manager who gave us the final price. I asked him, "how could the price go up $2,000?" He said he got confused and then tried to blame me for asking to see "too many cars" (3) and that he got the prices mixed up. I told him that seeing a few cars should not be too much for a car salesman and that to pull a "Bait and Switch" is not professional nor ethical. I asked to speak with the manager, Dana, who I met at the dealership. Yad refused to give me his direct phone number and told me that Dana would call me. I waited 2 days and the manager never called. On 1/23/23 I decided to call Clint Thomas, the general manager of Sheehan dealership. I left messages and never got a call. On 1/24/2023 I decided to go to the dealership and meet with Clint Thomas in person. I explained to him my experience and how unprofessional his staff was. No one tried to call me back, including him, to resolve the issue. They used dishonest tactics to try and sell their vehicles. The owner of the dealership even stood by and heard my whole conversation with him and did nothing.Leasing a GMC

by John F on 01/14/2022Tried to buy a used car from this dealership. Hammered out all the numbers, trade in, warranty, and finance ahead of time. They had to fix some damage on the vehicle and when it was done I went to finalize the purchase. Stopped by at the… sales manager, then went to the finance dept across the street. Finance wanted to raise the price so I walked. Went back to sales manager who said he was giving me another $500 to cover whatever finance was doing so I go back across the street to finance. The finance guy then adds another couple of thousand in warranty costs, even though everything is in writing from the sales manager. I walk again and suggest you run from this place. UPDATE: received a call this morning from the sales Manager asking me to take down my review. When I said he no he started yelling and threatening me. I called the dealership and asked for the owner. Let’s see if he he calls. Still no call.Purchase

by Kileygenes on 07/25/2015On Saturday morning July 19, 2015 Robbie contacted me based upon my price inquiry at Truecare.com. I informed him that the night before I had viewed the GMC Terrain that I was interested in purchasing at Edmorse Sawgrass GMC and had a… wonderful experience so in order for me to even consider coming to your dealership he was going to have to provide me with an outstanding price upfront. Robbie called me back within 30 minutes with a price that I thought went beyond what I had asked him to do, but I thought it would only be fair to give the salesman at Ed Morse to meet or beat the price given to me by Robbie, they were not able to come close to the price. I came into the dealership where Robbie continued to take exceptional care of me and my wife on Sunday July 19, and at first the financial offer almost prevented me from buying the vehicle. Then I think his name was Mark was able to get me an outstanding interest rate and save me a tremendous amount of money on the top of the line extended warranty out to 7 years or I believe 86,000 miles. This was by far the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had in my life!!! I am without a doubt in my mind going to recommend Sheehan and Robbie to anyone I may come in contact with that is considering getting a new or used vehicle.worst experience with a dealership ever

Never apologized to us, called the owner of the… dealership and GMC complaint to tell of our horror story. Will tell all people we know to avoid this dealership at all costs!! This after we received great service on our other vehicle from them. Shame on them!!Sheehan Buick GMC makes the experience a pleasure

After test driving the vehicle and looking at the leasing options, another vehicle caught my attention, a GMC SUV. The sales personnel and the sales manager were very understanding of my… needs and patient. They worked with me through the whole process in a professional and courteous manner: from finding the perfect SUV model, trim, color, and options. I felt that my sales consultant, Greg, went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my car and the lease terms. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership and I'm happy to relay the good experience I had at Sheehan Buick GMC to others.Great dealer with a professional sales team!

Great Experience

We solidified the deal over the phone, and he had all paper work ready to go when I arrived… at the dealership 20 minutes later. It was a great buying experience.
