Because of my husband's health, Lena Williams, the salesperson, discussed our… wants and needs in a vehicle in a phone call the evening before we drove to the dealership. The first car she showed us was a perfect fit for us. Lee Malone and she partnered up so that we were driving this car home within two hours of our arrival. With help from a couple of people I already knew and then additional help from others, I had no trouble deciding on the car I wanted, and Jenkins suggested a… satisfactory trade-in amount.Two hours and done!
by gjbtlbb on 11/12/2016updated 11/22/2016We were waiting specifically for the 2017 Nissan Rogue after scoping out all the 5-seater crossovers in August (looked at Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tucson after ruling out Mazda 5, Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV). The car finally arrived at dealers… last week, determined that this particular dealership had the model with features and color we wanted. Test drive on Sunday, only spending 45 min at most there meeting Mike and Charlie. Had to leave for other commitments, asked for a number on our trade which we received later that day by phone. Agreed on final pricing over phone. Placed a deposit the following morning. Drove back Monday afternoon, spent maybe another hour and wrapped up the deal with Charlie and Michelle, and met Brad the service manager since we had a question about installation of an option at a later date. Off we drove leaving trade behind. Appreciate the super clean bathrooms, drink machine and popcorn! Thank you from a busy family that drove 45 minutes to work with you! You have no idea how much we appreciate the efficiency of the experience. Oh, Mike called two days later to check on us and the vehicle, just as he said he would :)Home Again, Home Again

The buying experience was excellent. The Sales and Finance staff were professionals and left my… wife and I feeling pleased that we had a couple of great guys to help us through the process. Thanks. If we ever purchase another auto it will surely be another Nissan product.Great dealership
