by whitedog on 01/29/2017our sales person, Jimmy Green, was the most helpful and informative Sales person we have ever dealt with. We had no intention of leasing an other vehicle from Jenkins. Our first experience was not good nothing was ever explained to us. But… Jimmy took the time to explain the advantages of leasing. He was very instrumental in us getting a great deal from the Hyundai leasing person that was at Jenkins for the month of Jamuary. THANK YOU JIMMYGreat experience
by Divot143 on 11/30/2016Start to finish was great. I am a little concerned the Hyundai does not provide a cargo screen with the Santa Fa. Other than not receiving a cargo screen I was happy with the buying process. I just cant believe a cargo screen is not… included.very helpful

Jenkins Hyundai is outstanding from the salesman to the sales mgr to the finance mgr. I was treated… with dignity and professionalism. No sly sales tricks. This is the 2nd vehicle that we have bought from Carl. The day of closing,Netherlands limited was detailed… and looked great as promised. Rod, who did the financial was excellent. HE had all of the paperwork in order and explained everything in detail, great job...it was a pleasure dealing with Rod, great personality. by bananarama on 08/05/2016I thought Paul Thomas did a fantastic job working with me and my wife on leasing a new Genesis. One thing I was really shocked about, and this is NOT Paul's fault, is that the car was given to us with a deep scratch on the rear bumper.… Before I even took the car, it had to be repaired today (Thursday). That has never happened to me when I bought/leased a car. That was disappointing, and I would probably not buy that car after my lease is over due to the fact that it has had body work on it before I even drove it.thorough

He made sure all the different settings in the car were set and that I knew how to use them myself.… Very polite and I felt in good hands. by Stang6978 on 05/01/2016People any Hyundai dealership is better than Jenkins! If you want to deal with an arrogant,disrespectful,unprofessional sales manager "Phil" then Go to Jenkins. Obviously many people had the same problem with this manager from conversations… I had with other managers that apologize for his behavior due to he is not man enough ! Been buying Hyundai for 15 years ,total of 8 vehicles. After my last experience at Jenkins I've decided to look elsewhere for a new vehicle!We have reached out to this customer and resolved the complaint. Customer satisfaction is very important to Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg, and we do our very best to make sure each customer is taken care of.

The Worst Experience
by DanielCrespo on 02/15/2016I must say this team at Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg are the most disrespectful and deceiving business i have ever walked in to. These people only care about the sale and nothing more. There was no customer service, no care in the world in… regards to my interaction. A long story shorty, i called over the phone to inquire about a car that i was given by true car. Supposably a service were your price is guaranteed no matter what. Well for this dealer that is not true. I spoke to the gm and he gave me a set of numbers that i was some what ok with. Before my 2 hour drive there i ask him "Am i waisting my time". He told me no that he will promise to take care of me and no worries that he will do everything in his power to give me more then what was said over the phone. So I took the drive from South Kissimmee with my 10 year old to Leesburg. When i arrived i was rushed in there. I was pushed threw 3 sales people just because of the time. All they were worried about was going home and getting me out of there. So when i was finally sitting with the sales person they wanted all my information, which is understandable but they didn't want it to know me, they wanted to stick me in the rear. They were going to run my credit and finalize me deal before i even saw numbers and before i saw the car. Once i stopped them they started to get up set. I demanded to see the car, to see the number and ask for some respect. Once i started that there attitude change. At that point they knew this wasn't my first expense.After that the sales lady put me with another guy because she was leaving. In doing so she erased all her information and all the other information from everyone else from the system and gave the deal to another guy. Which I'm pretty sure is unethical. She told me not to say anything because she wanted to help the guy out. Any ways from there they tried to stick me with a 5000 over what i was told and cut away all discount and rebated Hyundai offered. From there i was furious. I ask to speak to the GM and no where to be found. They then sat we with the finance manager who was the most disrespectful person i ever met. He was yelling at me at the top of his lungs. Me in him got into an aurgment so loud you can hear us out side. He told me to basically go [non-permissible content removed] and he doesn't care my business is not important and he'll get someone else to buy the car. So from there i left. All in all i never ever have been treat like this by a business. especially one who is looking to pay 25k for a car. My suggestion go some where else. I will be getting in contact with Hyundai's corporate team to report unethical sales reporting. Also i will be contacting true car to report that there deal was not honored. Finally I will be writing a letter to the CEO of Hyundai and reporting this matter.This customer was contacted and the issue at hand was resolved. Thank you for working with us Mr. Crespo.
BEST HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR

I had never met or… spoken to this young man but he treated me with absolute respect and dignity and helped me through the painstaking process of purchasing a new vehicle without a hitch. He also arranged for my convenience to come back on 1/1/16 to go into further detail of the many complicated setup features on my new car and to have it rewashed and buffed to his satisfaction. I truly felt blessed to meet and work with this fine young man. Thank you!Awesome Experience

by Villages1 on 10/23/2015Since our Buick Lucern was 9 years old, we decided to look for a nice, solid, quiet car. My brother, a Master mechanic,encouraged Me to check out the Hyundai. I had planned to look for a Lincoln, or Avalon. My husband checked out the… Sunday Papers, and said that the Hyundai Ad offered something that might be interesting. We drove to Leesberg and stopped at Jenkins dealership.Johnathan Beckles greeted us, and inquired what we were looking for. He showed us a new Genesis, and described all the new features and how the safety features would enable us to have a safer, more comfortable driving and riding experience. Then he suggested that we take it for a ride. After adjusting the seats and mirrors, I took the car for a ride. I felt I was driving A Mercedes. It was quiet, tight, smooth and really nice. After several hours,and looking at other models,We decided to buy. Originally we were planning to pay cash. But since the Genesis was a bit more expensive than we planned, my husband inquired about leasing. That was brilliant! By leasing a new car, We were able to have all the bells and whistles, for a very low monthly payment. Jonathan was very patient and explained The features and how they worked. He insisted that we take the Manuel and read it carefully. He offered to assist us in every way. This experience was an education and a great eye opener to all the innovations in automobiles today. We are thrilled with our beautiful new car.
