Great purchase experience - Outback

I recently purchased an Outback from Jack Hanania's Subaru of Orange Park. Ian met us as we entered the dealership and made sure we got everything we expected at the visit. He sold us a car and made us happy. Its a great car too, no… regrets. He was knowledgeable, professional and a great sense of humor. He knew all about the car and was able to answered our questions. As time goes on we'll learn about the dealership but if the rest of the staff is like the ones we've met already, this will be a long relationship.

Easy discussion about the purchase, sales staff and the closing officer provided information that made so much sense in regards to the purchase of the Subaru Outback and… service and maintenance plans for it. As a repeat customer, I felt so valued and felt like my business was truly… appreciated. From start to finish, I left within 2 1/2 hours with a brand new car, and that's including all the paperwork and everything which is amazing. Who is able to buy a car that quickly?! They didn't play games, Billy and Brian were great and not only do I hope they are still there when I need to buy a new car again, I will be sure to tell everyone to go to Subaru of Orange Park.Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had!!

Bob with finance was a joy to work with which says a great deal as that is usually the worst part! Being… able to have our dog with us while we went through the process was wonderful and they even had dog treats! You have a loyal fan now! It also was a team approach, not dog eat dog sales. Each person we met seemed to be happy and enjoy their job. Truly the best car buying experience I've had.Great car buying experience
