by chassol on 07/07/2010The difference in four years of improvements in the Outback is nothing short of amazing. The quality of engineering, quality of material grades, fit and finish, just everything shows Subaru's commitment to building the best all wheel… drive vehicles available from any manufacturer in today's automotive market. Had to really deal hard to get the trade in and pricing for the vehicle we wanted. The owners of the dealership stepped up to the plate and came through. Could I have done any better? Maybe, but I know they need to make money to keep the doors open and to continue to sell and service my cars. Could I have done better in selling my car? Yes, but to get a good selling price, I would have had to take my car about 1,200 miles North to New England to do so. Will they make money? Without question, but it will be dependent on when all sales and trades come down to a final cash only sale with no trade in, as to how much they "made". Subaru of Jacksonville [violative content deleted] has sold us,, with this last Subie, somewhere between 11 - 12 new Subarus. No, we are not rich we have, and have to have two, as I work one direction and the wife works another. Wish we only needed one car, but like most other Americans we have to have two people working to make ends meet and have a hope for retirement somewhere in the future. Once retired we might be able to do with one vehicle. Bottomline - If you are looking for a great vehicle at a great dealer look to Subaru and Subaru of Jacksonville.Outstanding, made us feel like family!!!
by crk72 on 03/10/2014updated 08/05/2025My wife and I visited 3 other dealerships. We were most impressed with their knowledge of Subaru and the family atmosphere. It was the exact opposite of the other in town dealer. Well worth the drive from Orange Park to buy on Atlantic.
