    This is probably the worst dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of taking my car to for service. I brought my van to them because it had 2 recalls that needed to be completed and our rear entertainment center was not working. I also asked them to take a look at the drivers side sliding door handle, because the handle had recently stopped working. They fix the recalls, and my warranty covered the rear entertainment center (thankfully) but they said the door handle was because it was opened too hard once and broke the thing that catches. Was going to be $400 to fix that and we said “no thanks” because we couldn’t afford to fix it at the moment. I go to pick the van up, only to find out that we’re being charged $200 just for them to look at the handle and tell us it was broken. I was shocked, to say the least, but was forced to pay them so we could get our van back. No matter how much I pleaded and tried to explain how we didn’t fix it because we can’t afford to, so we also can’t afford to pay $200 for the pleasure of being told the door knob was broken, they wouldn’t budge. You would think with the amount of work they were paid to fix the recalls and replace the rear entertainment center, they wouldn’t force us to pay for something that we already knew, but they were heartless. They said too bad, I had to pay the $160 diagnostic fee no matter what. On top of that, they even tacked on a shop supply fee, even though we didn’t use anything, for some reason, which brought the total to $204, literally just for them to tell us the door knob was broken (we already knew that) and they would repair it for $400. Avoid this service department like the plague. They will do nothing but nickel and dime you over every tiny minutiae of a “diagnostic request”, even if there are already multiple repairs they are being paid for. Disgusting.

    I tried 3 texts and 2 phone calls to try and setup service for my vehicle. I am disappointed as after reading reviews, thought I had found a great dealership. However, a manager left me a message around 830pm last night to try and resolve issue. I left him a message this morning... Too late, I called another Honda dealer, and got an appointment on the first try.

    Exceptional service deserves an exceptional review and recognition. My advisor Brian Bouchard goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied, the problem is fixed right and he truly wants you to love your Honda. This guy is why I will always own a Honda and have it serviced at Honda of the Avenues.

    Brought car in for airbag inflater recall. They then wanted to replace brake fluid and transmisson fluid. I had two warning lighs that they scanned and fixed to which they added a phony disposal fee. In the future will only use them for warranty work.

    I brought my vehicle in because of a safety recall. From dropping off to picking up, the attendants were very friendly. The finished the repairs in less time than they had allotted! Great job!

    Not only was Gary great, but another teammate stepped up to the plate when multiple customers were ready to check out all at one time. All of us customers were out of there quickly. I appreciate the effort.

    the employee by the name Leslie fulfills her job to the extreme giving the best customer service i think a person can give because of her i will be coming back to Honda for all other needs shes trustworthy and knows whats whats talking about i persoanlly feel that the team needs to takes not from her what ever you gives are paying her i think needs to be doubled #AsatisfiedCustomer

    As a female, I typically feel vulnerable when it comes to car repairs. I have been taken advantage of in the past, being overcharged or repairs were recommended that didn't need to be fixed. William was honest and straightforward. He showed me my dirty air filter which obviously showed it needed replaced. Each time I return to Honda of the Avenues, I continue to build more trust in their honestly and appreciate their great customer service.

    As a female, I have felt vulnerable in the past when getting my car serviced. I don't feel that way at Honda of the Avenues. They are honest, efficient and show you the parts that need replaced if they can. William provided great customer service. I will be a return customer.

    I'd' like to thank the guys in the service department. In the past at other dealerships (and especially at the little oil change places), they always try to sell me either what I didn't come in for or "upgrades" that aren't necessary. The guys at Honda of the Avenues are great about taking care of what's needed and asked for. They still do check all the safety items and only bring up something if it is a true concern. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Thanks guys.

    This dealership is [non-permissible content removed]. First, The people who work the desk are not knowledgeable and have no idea what they are doing. They tell lies to get you to do more things for your car... nothing but [non-permissible content removed]. I plan to sue them for fraud and misleading. Poor customer service and horrible conduct

    I have had many experiences at Honda Of the Avenues. They have all been good. They are always friendly, courteous, and never push any service I do not need. The are honest and have always done and excellent job on my car. It is so nice to pick up a clean, serviced car! They are also very timely with my servicing needs. I can always get an appointment, and a ride if I need it. I would highly recommend them for all your servicing needs.
