    Very nice sales experience. Purchased a new CR-V Hybrid yesterday. Very reasonable negotiation, willing to meet my needs and do what it takes to close the sale. Included a full tank of gas and delivery to my home (nearly 100 miles) as part of the deal. Shout out to Parris, my sales representative - great job. Thanks !

    We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. We went with Honda of the Avenues for several reasons first being the deal no one could touch and Thomas Phelps was our voice as he fought to get us to that deal and lock down the deal. We also appreciated him having all paperwork ready as we are from N Fl and arrived late but everything went smoothly from start to finish including him taking the time to go over the features on the car. We also appreciated Clay Fenwick in Finance making the signing process enjoyable and efficient. We highly recommend Thomas to be your voice as he will do all he can to close your deal and we will be referring family/friends to him for any of their automotive needs!!!

    We were looking for a a family minivan and Thomas Phelps was very helpful to us. He was not only incredibly courteous but was also able to find us the best deal. Definitely recommend for any car buying experience.

    I called there dealership about two weeks ago inquiring about a 2018 accord and the [non-permissible content removed] of a receptionist transferred me to sales. So here I am thinking I'm speaking to someone in town for the past two weeks. Well, I went to the dealership last night and all the sales people were outside doing nothing. One person asked who we were there to see and I told them and they were like who is that....and so we went inside and everyone was like no one here by that name blah blah blah. Come to find out, the [non-permissible content removed] receptionist transferred me to someone at a Lou Sobh dealership in GEORGIA! Seriously!!! I was freaking irate! Everyone was sooo rude and didn't want to help us after that at all. Screw yall! If i could of, I would of given NO stars

    The sales team at Honda of the Avenues went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and found the exact car I was looking for that also fit within my budget. I compared several cars, both new and used, and Corbin and James honored every request I had when comparing numbers. Although my previous vehicle was broken down on the 4th floor of a parking garage, I was given a very fair trade-in value. Corbin especially showed excellent customer service and care by helping push my previous vehicle out of the parking garage so it could be towed. I would absolutely do business with this dealership again, and recommend them with highest regard. Thank you again, Corbin and James, for your outstanding salesmanship and customer care.

    Yesterday I had the displeasure of working with the Avenues team. Below are numerous reviews from google that only further prove how they rip people off and don't deserve any further business from myself and any other human being with actual morals and values. How dare they try and take advantage of people by taking their deposit and then blaming miscommunication as a reason for not honoring the price I was first given. When I put my deposit down and was given a verbal commitment from the sales rep, it seemed pretty convenient for them that the day I go to purchase the car, accessories were added. I guess I'm not he only one with this problem: "I have been sending my friends and family there because I had such a great experience with Leroy Love. However, now that I had an issue with the car and found out how SHADY they are, never again." "I am giving 1 star as I cannot chose a half star. I learnt a lesson that will stay for rest of my life at Honda of the Avenues. The Out of the door price we negotiated with the sales person included accessories(worth 1899$) but the final paperwork didn't have it. " "Honda of the Avenues has lost my business because their service department is crooked." "This has been the worse experience I have ever had with any dealership ever. What is worse, I never received anything back from the General Manager which basically tells me this dealership is ok with Vince's actions and horrible customer service. I will never go back to this dealership again" In this case of your small business ownership, I guess Mom and Pop wouldn't be too happy.

    Had 2 experiences shopping at Honda of the Avenues, 1 on a new car several years ago and just recently a used car. Both times was lied to and pressured to buy. Don't fall for all the salesman's tricks, they have them all here (including advertising the car as certified when American Honda has no record of the certification). Got what I thought was a good price (after several trips) on a used car but they would not allow me to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic. Something's not right here! Service here on the other hand has been great on the new car I ended up buying at another dealer.

    I decided to buy a Honda, for the fact that they make an awesome vehicle. I had heard what a family member of a friend purchased a new model for and I set my goals for a purchase price. I went to HOA where the other car was purchased. I was assigned Fred Sellers through my bank referral system. Fred was super knowledgeable of the car and very polite and friendly. We discussed prices and I was nowhere near the range of the car. I realized the next day that the sample purchase I was basing my expectations was a sport model and not an EX-L that I desired. I revisited Fred with more realistic expectations now. Fred worked his butt off for me. I had to beat him up a little, but he was always a gentleman and we came to an understandable mutual price. Now, the financing department left a lot to improve by letting me drive off the lot with no complete approval and allowed the terms to change on my after the purchase. But, when I offered to return the car, they switched to support my original offer of self financing verses Honda of America financing. Fred has been super, even well after the sell of the car and having no obligation to me. He has been very thorough with ensuring I was well taken care of in every facet. I would buy through him again if needed.

    If you happen to come across a man named, "Vince," at this dealership - run. This condescending man's sole mission is to make you feel uninformed, ill-prepared, and ultimately inferior. Never have I known a salesmen to be more clueless in the arena of treating a customer with respect and fairness. Why a company as reputable as Honda is still writing him a pay check each week, is beyond me.

    We have attempted to purchase the vehicle 3 times last visit was the worst in the world, stood up by the sales person on appointment, management supervisor became RUDE and obnoxious after 3 hours we left and purchased a Vehicle at LUCAS HONDA next day with great experience and all done in 45 min with keys in hand and drive out. No hassle. Found the staff at Avenues Honda creepy, condescending and everything one hears bout bad experience including overcharging and pricing of vehicle.

    I just purchased my 2nd new car from Honda at the Avenues in February. I have no revolving credit so I only was approved for an interest rate of 7%. I signed a contract to purchase the car with an 84 month term through Ally Financing. It has been almost a month and I haven't received anything from Honda or Ally about making payments, which are due in less than 2 weeks. Apparently, somebody in the finance department at Honda, switched my financing from Ally to 121 Credit Union at 1% higher interest rate. I was never asked or notified of this change in financing. My monthly payment has gone up almost $100 due to this switch. The worst part about the entire situation is that I have been calling Honda at the Avenues for over a week now and left numerous messages because there finance team are always busy when I call and nobody has the courtesy to call me back. It is totally unprofessional and I will never buy another car from this shady location.

    I bought a new Accord in 2012 from this dealer. Three years down the line, I wanted to sell it and pulled out the AutoCheck report. 1. The car was used, and not new, on the date of purchase 2. The car had an accident on it, prior to purchase None of this was disclosed to me, and I didn't bother to check the carfax, because they said it was new. Not only did I overpay for a used, accident car, I also am looking to take a hit in case i were to sell it. The dealer is not responding to my queries, and is trying to stall me. Please buy cars from an honest dealership, to avoid having issues like mine.

    My wife and I have both purchased Honda's (new and used) from this dealership. We have found the experience to be above reproach. Our two son's have also purchased NEW and USED cars from Honda of The Avenues and are equally satisfied. This is our famlies dealership of choice.

    I made the mistake of walking into Honda of the Avenues, Jacksonvill, Fl to have a warranty part serviced. While my car was being diagnoised, I walked the new car showroom and was convinced into purchasing a new vwhicle. I had never purchased a vehicle on my own and I allowed my excitement to overshadow my good judgement and was convinced by their sales management team to pay over sticker price for a 2015 close out model vehicle. To make things worse, the finance area convinced me to purchase 3 additional frivolous services and warranty. After taking delivery and having a few moments to reflect, I spoke to my husband who did some research online and found that the vehicle was priced at under $1500.00 less than I had purchased it for. Further more, another dealer was willing to sell him a year newer same model with exact options vehicle for over 3K less than what I had paid. My husband went in and spoke to the sales manager at Honda at the Avenues and was basically told "our job is to make money and if your wife was stupid enough to sign the paperwork then there is nothing they can do and that he needs to control his wife". I made the mistake of purchasing on a whim and not doing my research but to be called stupid by Honda at the Avenues management makes me sad. Please be aware of the practices of this dealership and do your research before you make a purchase. Funny thing is, I have already made the purchase and have to live with it but his reaction soured my credibility with this dealership. We had purchased 7 or 8 vehicles from this dealership before and had at one point or another owned over 20 Acuras and Hondas but I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I can at least spend my hard earned money with someone who at least respects me as a female consumer.

    I purchased from this dealership because they offered a great price through True Car that my local dealership could not match. I drove 2.5hrs to buy from them and they had the car I wanted ready to go as soon as I got there. The only thing I would watch out with them is that they add on accessories (tinted windows, mud guards, rubber floormats, anti-theft etching, etc) and charge $2k for them (if you look at the actual price it should be closer to like $500 max). Apparently ALL their new Hondas come with all these things already installed. I negotiated with them and they dropped it low enough that I still thought the price was fantastic ($2600 off the MSRP). My local dealership may not have been willing to match the price, but at least they're open and honest and don't try to pull a sly move on you like the Honda of The Avenues did. That being said, we were in and out relatively quickly, and in the end I got a GREAT price on my Civic. If you're looking for a good deal, do your research, don't let them try to pull a fast one on you, and NEVER settle for anything above the invoice. If you're good at negotiating, Honda of The Avenues will bring in a great price, but it's not the best in terms of service and transparency.

    I had an excellent experience here until I brought my cars home. My husband and I each bought a 2008 vehicle here two weeks ago. So far, I have found that my brake light was cracked, my windshield was cracked, it has a recall on it that has not been checked out, and my antenna was broken. My husband's car vibrates extensively when you press the brakes when traveling over 50 miles an hour, and his AC doesn't always work. When we purchased the vehicles we were told that we each had a warranty on it for anything that happens in the first 3,000 miles. When we told them all the things that were wrong with our vehicles, we had to speak to the owner, managers, sales, and service people just to have them very unwillingly repair our vehicles, and the sales person complained that they took some of the repairs out of his pay. If you purchase a new vehicle from here, you may have a great experience, but DO NOT buy a USED car from this location without first getting it checked out from A DIFFERENT service station!!! I can't wait to see what else we discover to not be in working order...

    We were shopping for cars in the Internet for about 2 weeks and wanted to communicate and make the deal through email. (We didn't want to stay there for 2-3 hrs just for b.s) We contacted all the local dealership in our area and among all of them Avenues had the BEST deal. Other dealership couldn't match their price and even warned us for tricks. We were quite skeptical ourselves. However, when we went to the dealership, everything was ready. All we had to do was test drive the car and do the paperworks. Everything was fast and straight to the point (although financing always try to sell you stupid warranty stuffs). We vowed never to believe anything unless we took the vehicle home, which we happily did.

    I helped my daughter purchase a Honda Accord. I was completely impressed with all aspects of this dealership. The salesman Victor was outstanding. He was very professional, honest and extremely helpful without being pushy. There were absolutely no tricks and no bull during the sales and finance processes. Our trade was valued within a matter of minutes and the negotiation phase was also quick and painless. The finance manager was friendly and only asked once if we were interested in the extended warranty plan, Overall, one of the best buying experiences I have had at any dealership (and much better than when I bought my Lexus). I highly recommend this dealership and in particular our car salesman Victor Ng.

    Despite their huge advertisements of the "no bull zone" with "no overpriced add-ons" and "fair trade appraisals," they are IN FACT, the total Bull zone! We called the internet sales department looking for a 2008 CRV EX-L. We spoked to the salesperson 3 times to confirm the price of the vehicle and the price we wanted for a trade-in. We were very specific in saying we didn't want to take the time to drive out there unless they were willing to meet our numbers. When we got to the dealership, the salesperson had gone for the day and we had to speak to other salespeople. Despite the fact that the offer was documented in the computer, they said it was too low and that they couldn't honor the agreed upon price. We left and called the next day to tell the salesperson what had happened, and he yelled at us calling us liars because he had been talked to by management. We tried to call management several times to complain about how rude the salesperson was, but the management phone was never answered.

    Don't even bother with this place. They are the epitome of what everyone dreads in car sales. We told them very clearly what we could pay for the vehicle both in email and in person. They kept us waiting for an hour just to tell us that they wouldn't honor the truecar.com price and gave us a monthly lease price that was $50 over our the budget we clearly explained to them and wouldn't come down any further. We will never go back there.
