Purchase of Atlas Cross Sport

    Friendly service, Easy to make an appointment, quick service. Al and the rest of the team made a quick diagnosis and was able to make a repair around my schedule. The communication in the progress of service was quick and my car was repaired quickly with little downtime.

    Had an annunciator light illuminate indicating a potential issue that should be addressed by dealer. Called and made an appointment. Service desk was a beehive of activity, but Cassandra asked me to describe issue. She actually listened, asked questions and explained process. She called me after the diagnosis, explained the remedy, and I returned to dealer to retrieve vehicle. It is a Ford, and I've had Lincolns in the past, and I thought I was being treated as if I had a Lincoln-nothing but first class. Car was immaculate, problem fixed. Highly recommend AutoNation Ford Lincoln in Jacksonville for service issues.

    I have never had a bad service experience. Ranae, my service advisor, is fantastic. On my last visit, she solved my problem and completed my unscheduled recall in one visit and under an hour! Talk about a tightly run shop - they've got it figured out!

  • Siad is awesome

    I am so blessed to have met Siad when I bought my 1st vehicle from ANFord. Of course my 1st call when I needed another vehicle was to Siad. He is so calm, so helpful and does not pressure you. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I would follow Siad where ever he is at. He is so honest with you. Also the plus is he doesn’t call you and text you everyday to see if you will buy a car like most salesmen do. I went to Hanania and in the 1st 3 mins the guy used a curse word when speaking with me. I am a woman of God and I do not and can’t stand when people make this language a normal part of the conversation. Met with Siad and it was a much more calmer and kinder demeanor. 2nd car is great. I hope not to have to buy anytime soon but will definitely find Siad when I do.

    Bought a new F150 and was helped very well through the process by Jeff Howard, my salesman, he was best I have ever dealt with! He went over and above to get me the best deal. Also, Chris Dame sales manager, he was great to deal with. In finance Marley was really on the ball, getting me the best financing! And Todd Rossi, the General Manager for approving the deal! I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about purchasing a new Ford or Lincoln.

  • More than an oil change

    When I arrived at my appointed time at AutoNation Orange Park, Matthew, my service coordinator, discovered that I had made an appointment at a different AutoNation. Nevertheless, he was able to work me into their schedule. I originally came in for an all-synthetic oil change and tire rotation, but I also had a warning on my instrument panel that the cross-traffic and side monitor radar was not working. I had found a service bulletin online and Matthew coordinated the work so that they were able to make the computer correction and restore the radar...which makes me very happy. On top of that, they washed my Escape. Good job! had found a service bulletin online

    Ford auto nation on blanding Blvd Jacksonville FL has a wonderful service team. I have been taking my vehicle for service there for several years and am never disappointed with the service! Cassandra and Renee are my assigned service reps and they are great to work with!

  • Repair work not done

    I took my 2005 Ford Escape into this dealership because the door open/seat belt chime came on for five cycles after driving 5 or miles. This has happened for two months. This event is extremely distracting and could lead to an accident. I left the vehicle with the dealership for 5 days while I was out of town. The service technician took it for several test drives (20+ miles) and said the problem didn't occur. I find this hard to believe because this happens chime issue occurs every time the vehicle is driven. No further analysis/diagnostics were performed. After leaving the dealership, the chime issue happened again. Looks like I will have to find a way to remedy this issue, no thanks to Ford. I was planning to buy a new Ford Explorer next year, as the Escapee has given me many years of great service. Based on this experience, I won't be buying a Ford product, nor will I ever visit a dealership for service.
