I purchased a car while communicating from out of state, and they reserved the vehicle for me while I flew in… from Kentucky to finalize the purchase. When I arrived, I spoke with Mr. Karim Kassim, who I believe is the owner, along with his son and another gentleman whose name I can’t recall. They welcomed me warmly, and we went through the paperwork smoothly. The car was exactly as advertised, which was a great relief. What truly impressed me was their outstanding customer service. After I drove off the lot and was heading back to Kentucky, I had a minor fender bender. I reached out to Mr. Karim Kassim to explain the situation, and unlike other companies that just direct you to a warranty number, he was proactive. He kept in touch with me over the weekend, texting and calling to help resolve the issue. He even covered the cost of the part I needed directly from the dealership. As a customer, I felt genuinely appreciated; I wasn’t just another sale. Mr. Kassim went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Auction Auto House. It doesn’t matter if you’re in Florida or out of state—they will make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The experience was so painless, and I felt compelled to share my gratitude. From the owner to the management, salespeople, and mechanics, everyone operates as a cohesive unit that truly cares about their customers. I pray that God blesses them and brings them prosperity because they genuinely serve people well. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and wish I could give them a thousand stars! by Spenser Whitney on 06/26/2025If you're looking for the most helpful car dealership, you need to come to Auction Autohouse and specifically ask for Angelo in sales and Johana in finance! When I was first looking at vehicles, I explained my concerns for rust in the under… carriage as I was going to have the car shipped and am originally from an area with cars getting rusted underneath. Angelo immediately offered to send videos & photos of the vehicle driving and the under carriage of the vehicle. Johana also made the process very smooth even after I mentioned I was getting the vehicle with a Pre-Approved check. You can tell both enjoy working here and are there to help walk anyone through getting a car! 11/10 service, even though I'm not a Florida local I may shop here again!Best experience I ever had!!

He answered all my questions and delivered the car as promised. When I told… him what I was looking for he had it on the lot within a few days and the entire purchasing process took under 1 hour. I was even able to meet the owner of Auction AutoHouse who thanked me for my business. There was some wear and tear on the leather of the center console armrest, when I asked if that could be fixed, without hesitation they told me yes and also even included window tint for the car. The entire process was quick and pleasant unlike any other car purchase experience I have had. This car was purchased for my son who just graduated from high school. He is super excited to get the car and I am super excited that I found Auction AutoHouse. If you want a great car at a great price with an easy buying process head to Auction AutoHouse!!!
