Wonderful experience
by Dean on 09/03/2024I have purchased several new vehicles and yesterday (labor Day) was the most pleasant surprise. Ted was wonderful and made the purchase easy with no hard selling. Because of the holiday the time it took to complete the sale was long.… However never did I think he abandoned me. My only complaint is with Toyota. I had planned on buying another Tacoma, however the rear seat on the double cab was so mush smaller than my 18 year old model. Not only is the rear smaller the storage behind the rear seat is none existing. I did purchase a Tundra for very little more than the Tacoma.Congratulations on your new Tundra, Dean! We're thrilled you enjoyed a pleasant and supportive buying experience with Ted, and we appreciate your fantastic feedback.
