    My first ever lease of an Acura. The dealership made this more than an enjoyable experience. Lenny was was sales representative, he was more than knowledgeable and well versed about the entire Acura experience, this far Leeny has been right on point. I highly recommend!!

    I contacted Coggin through True Car and after talking to my salesman Carlos, Obie the General Sales Manager gave me a no nonsense price that beat the other dealer I was talking to. I liked the fact that there was no haggle over price and they had the exact car I wanted in stock. F&I was the usual but after I declined the sales pitch they were very business like.

My salesperson, Linda, is exceptional in the area of customer service, going the extra mile to make sure that you understand terms, helps to get you what you want, and is available (even after the sale) to help with questions relating to all the technology that comes on board with these beautiful vehicles.   • Don't buy an Acura RL

    The dealership was OK, but did not inform me of road noise on the car. Drove on a smooth road and purchased the car. Withih the first 300 went on a highway , driving between 70 and 80, and the road noise was unbearable. In formed Acura and they put on new tires, which they said was better. Also informed me that the RL is not a Luxury car, what did I pay $47k for a car that has road noise. Additionally, the passanger front seat is heated, but only the seat not the back, never heard of such a thing. Next the passanger front seat goes back and forth but not up and down, you feel like you are sitting in a hole. Acura said that we may want to get a pillow. For $47k, you can keep the Acura.The dealership would not even think of an exchange out of the car. Actually keep the car and the dealership

    I purchase a 2014 MDX w/ Technology Package in Blue two days ago from Coggins Acura and had the best car buying experience ever. I was glad because I drove 2 hours from Miami hoping exactly for that as I was looking for the hard to find blue. Jose A. was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous handling the sale and we were assisted by Carlos N. and his vast technical expertise. Both these gentlemen displayed exemplary attitude and are a true example of commitment to quality service. They listened to my concerns, anticipated my needs, provided me with plenty of information and did not press me for a decision at any time. The dealer environment was very friendly and comfortable. They took care of every detail making sure that my experience was nothing but the best, from the negotiation, prep of the new car to the handling of my Trade-In vehicle. While the process took place other members of the staff passed by and acknowledge me with a friendly smile and asked me how I was doing. In terms of finance, I had a plan in mind. Jim P. who took care of that part provided me with alternatives and explained how each could benefit me. In the end I choose one that I had not consider that I think is going to be far more beneficial thanks to Mr. P.’s advice. The experience felt as if I was buying a new car from an old friend. If you are buying an Acura, I would recommend you stop by Coggins, even if it is a 2 hour drive from where you live. I’m glad I did. Edgardo Ortiz Miami, FL

    My husband and I recently visited Coggin Acura in search of a used vehicle. When we got to their lot, there wasn't much to choose from, but Billy took our info and said he would email us something we might be interested in. The next day, he did....He was the ONLY "un-pushy" salesperson that actually did some looking for us. That was a definite change. We had a problem with a payment due to my bank mix-up, and Paul, the Service Manager worked out a wonderful deal....Thank you

    We purchased an MDX from Coggin about one month ago. We don't have an Acura dealer in the county we live in. The two closest were in Orlando and Ft. Pierce. We chose the Ft. Pierce location (Coggin) because of the valet service they offer for the service department. Overall the experience was good, though it took a little longer than we would have liked. Laura was our sales person. She was relatively new to car sales, but was extremely knowledgeable about the MDX we purchased. She was also very friendly. Everyone we came in contact while at Coggin seemed to be happy to be there and eager to help us buy what we wanted. Nobody was overbearing as is often the case with car sales. Next time we're shopping for a new car Coggin will certainly be our first stop.

    My wife and I have purchased 4 Acuras (2 TL, 1 TSX, and an RLX) from Coggin Acura. Ken T. is hands down one of the best sales professionals I've had the pleasure to work with. He does everything possible to make the experience enjoyable—Coggin is very easy to do business with. We will definitely be back (again).
