If you do your homework and have realistic expectations, you can usually walk out with a deal that both parties are pleased with. Paul was my salesperson, and… although he was fairly new to the dealership, he was a true professional. Dave Webber, the Manager was there when I purchased my first car 6 years ago. A straight shooter and a real nice guy. I definitely recommend this dealership, and it’s fun checking out the inventory, it’s like being in a museum, a real treat!Highly professional and efficient dare I say enjoyable sales process !

I drives out same day on My new Maserati and out of my 30 cars I had… this deal was the smoothest, most pleasant and the best money-wise. But, Mike Rivera was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, but just as… important, efficient. He wasted minimal time in getting me the car. I was so impressed with Mike, and since my wife had to get a new car also, we got the Gracale for her! I did not want to go to anybody else to buy a car. Thank you Mike!Great purchase experience

The dealership has a lovely cafe. The salesperson that assisted us was Michael,… he made us feel like we were the only people in the building. He knew the products and gave us great information while we were on our test drive. The rest of the team smiled and said Hello as we waited to complete our purchase. We decided on a 2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale Veloce. We absolutely love it. We cannot recommend this brand, dealer and sales organization more highly.Astonishing Sales & Customer Service

Just when you think you have had the best experience buying a car, here comes the Ferrari Fort Lauderdale team to knock it out of the park. However, this one doesn't touch the caliber of customer service and… exotic cars. The view alone is unimaginable. Michael Rivera, my sales specialist was fantastic. Extremely helpful, provided perfect pictures, videos and details of the car. I had a driver waiting for me at the airport, to bring me to the dealership, where I was greeted by the classiest receptionist. The car was exactly like it was described. They ensured that I was happy with every little detail. There was not a single person at that dealership that was not concerned about my experience, I felt like I met the entire staff there. No one was too busy to take the time to come greet a possible customer. The food was astonishing. That alone will bring me back for my next car. The Formula 1 race was on the screens and the environment was like no other dealership to this date. You're treated like family throughout the entire process. The professionalism at this dealership is by far the one best in the business. My hats off to the gentlemen running this business. I will be back to purchase a car from these guys again and again. My assumption is was only reinforced after visiting Mercedes dealerships in search of a G Wagon. My search led me to Hank at… Ferrari Fort Lauderdale looking at a used G Wagon and his style and demeanor is all about what is best for you, the customer. Such a breath of fresh air and ultimately, was a pivotal deciding figure in the end. Will definitely recommend and revisit when we get a Ferrari.Never fails to deliver
