  • Mistake involving financial contract

    Ifound a 325.00mistake in my financing paperwork.I pointed this out to my sales associate and finance manager and they said a mistake was made but they said they would not give me my 325.00 dollars. They instead offered me a free oil change. It was their mistake and I feel I should have been refunded the money.This is not the way to do business.

    my experience at Gunther was nothing less than stellar. I can't tell you what a joy it was to not have to haggle and be worn down by hours of the typical car sales shenanigans that I have always encountered in all of my last car buying experiences. Maylene was a delight as was Pablo in finance. It was basically painless! This is my 4th KIA, love the brand, and I have no clue what number this lease is in my car buying experience but I can tell you it was the best of them all. So thank you one and all at Gunther!  And btw, I hear your new team leader is an awesome man to work for which is truly important if you want to maintain a happy environment not only for your employees but also your customers.     My salesman, Mitchell Trotman was helpful and knowledgeable. As a former KIA mechanic, he knows the car inside & out. He listened to my very specific requirements as to features and price, found the cat in inventory and I drove off with my new (& second) Optima within 90 minutes!

    I recently traded in my 2018 Ford Focus for a 2019 Kia Forte from Gunther Kia. My sales associate was Taylor Otwell and Let me tell you this, I could not be more happier with my vehicle and the service Taylor gave me. The process was easy. I was nervous about financing a car because this is my first time ever doing so and Taylor made it so Easy . He discussed my options and introduced me to Alex in finance and we all sat down and discussed how much I would like to pay . After that they both said they will get me the best deal possible. Next thing I know I’m signing papers for my new car because the deal was awesome . I would recommend Gunther Kia to anyone and I would recommend they see Taylor. I am more then happy with my car and the experience!

    We came into Gunther for our 4th lease - we had originally wanted a Hybrid, but the Optima was not available and the Niro was too small for us - we decided on the Sportage, drove it and proceeded with 'the dance' regarding the lease price - WAY too much time was spent on agreeing on the price of the Road Hazard warranty- the salesperson, while polite and so on, was not particularly well informed as to the vehicle and its features - never was it mentioned that the vehicle lacked a CD played, due to them being 'archaic', and that we could use our phones and requisite apps which could be used via the usb cable - never mind the fact that we are both in our 60's and not into the use of apps in place of the many, many cd's we possess - next, we have the issue of the registration, which we were assured that we had when we left the dealership with the new vehicle(we did NOT have it) - after a couple of days, I called the dealer to obtain the new registration(they NEVER sent it) and I indicated my displeasure and asked it be sent via email - it took another WEEK to get this done(UNACCEPTABLE) just abysmal in terms of follow-up - bottom line: average experience with below-average after-the-sale care - caveat emptor...

    Another great experience this week at Gunther. I just leased my 5th vehicle from them and it was as painless (if not more so) than the first time visiting when I fell in love (TRUST) with Joshua Clinton who was a salesman at the time. It is not surprising that he is now the boss. He has taken care of me each and every time I needed a new car. I have always gotten more than I asked for. This week, my salesperson was Jasmin, and when I tell you she is outstanding...She went way above what was needed. Call her when you are looking to buy or lease your next Kia. She is not only knowledgeable but so nice and TRUSTWORTHY. Hard to find in a car dealership. I live in Wellington, an hour away, and the Kia dealership here always asks why I travel so far....it's because of the people. Thanks again for a painless experience!

    My husband and I both purchased vehicles last week at Gunther Kia . Shiva was our salesman. From the moment I told him what our wishes were, he made it his mission to make it happen, and that he did.. We walked out happy customers with not one but two brand new vehicles for roughly around the same price I was paying for my one older car. When it came to closing the deal and signing the paperwork, Alex in financing went above and beyond to work with us to make the cost and financing plan doable for us. We had some concerns, and he met and overcame each and every one of them to make us happy and comfortable moving forward. We are and will continue to be loyal and happy Kia customers.     EXCELLENT SERVICE, Taylor Otwell was on top of everything and he made sure the transaction went smoothly. Taylor helped my son-in-law with the purchase of his car, so I knew I was in the best hands possible. If it was possible, I would give Gunther Kia Fort Plantation, 6 out of 5 stars. Taylor thanks for going above and beyond in making the leasing/purchasing, financing and the servicing of our 2019 Kia Sorento as informative, smooth and comfortable as possible.     Once again, our salesperson, Taylor, was polite and professional and made the car-buying experiencing a smooth and easy one. The Gunther staff has always been friendly to us and that's why we keep going back. Both Sales and Finance were honest and flexible and worked with us to give us the best deal while negotiating the cost of the car and all the protection plans. I see no reason to change dealerships, unless I wanted to buy something other than a Kia.

    I was assisted by sales Associate Jasmine Small. It's easy to see why she is the number one sales person. She is polite, pleasant, professional,efficient, respectful and exceedingly knowledgeable of the entire purchase process and Kia product line; plus she has boundless energy. In fact, she was assisting another buyer at the same time and never dropped the ball once. They were scheduled, I was a drop-in returning a lease vehicle, but had come prepared having reviewed the inventory on their website and printing out those vehicles I was interested in. It took no time at all to inspect each and take a test drive. I am happy with my choice. This is my FOURTH Kia and THIRD Optima. All three Optimas were obtained through Gunther Kia and each time I have been pleased with the experience,

    I went to the dealership to purchase a used car and had the pleasure of working with Jhony Chacon. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the car buying process smooth. I've been to many dealerships and always appreciate when a salesperson is obviously trying to do right by you and treat you like family as opposed to just another number. Much appreciate the great service and make sure to ask for Jhony.

    I had my doubts after hearing so many terror stories about buying a car. This would be my first time buying a car and I'm 19 years old. Julian Rama made all of those fears disappear quickly. He was very polite and did not pressure me at all. He even let me leave and check out some other vehicles I was interested in. After it was all said and done I drove off the lot with the far I wanted at the lowest possible price with a 4 year warranty. Me and my dad couldn't be more satisfied with Julian's professionalism and careful examination of our financial expectations! We thank you for making this purchase painless, fun, and satisfying. This is what purchasing a vehicle should feel like!

    Our day could not have been ANY longer, when my husband and I finally made it to Gunther Kia about 6 hours later than our original scheduled time (totally our fault). I had been texting Maylene the entire morning and afternoon about our delays - she was patient and pleasant the ENTIRE time. 5 STARS deserved just for that! We finally walked in around 4:30 PM, and Maylene greeted us with a smile and was ready with the keys to the 2015 Kia Sorento I had been inquiring about for over a week - no wasting time. We did a quick review of some lower mileage ones that were available, switched keys and were doing a test drive within 10 mins. Maylene was wonderful to deal with, super knowledgeable, and worked quickly and closely with us every step of the way to close the deal. Unfortunately, Kirk, in Finance, was hijacked for about 2 hrs by a nightmare couple whose paperwork was submitted just before ours; PSA people: State fees (tax/tag/title) are NOT NEGOTIABLE. Please do not waste everyone's time because you don't like those numbers. Our night got even longer - everyone was pacing, starving, exhausted. With that said, Maylene and Brian Q., did all they could to make sure my husband and I were comfortable, and assured us that Kirk was going to finalize our numbers as quickly as possible - it was already 8pm. We finally made it to Finance and Kirk was still super pleasant, and as promised, had all the numbers ready for us to review - everything was very quick, clear to understand and easy, we were out the door before 9 PM with a full tank of gas. And, for our troubles, Brian Q. went above and beyond and added complimentary tints! I am extremely grateful to the staff for the positive experience! I highly recommend Gunther Kia and specifically recommend Maylene, Brian Q and Kirk! Notes: Price on website was exact price of the vehicle minus $250 for my appointment. No games. Cost of the extended warranty is totally worth it but most important - it is completely OPTIONAL! I don't know why anyone complains about the cost after buying it - it is 100% optional. Facility was clean. Bathroom was clean.

    I went to Gunther Kia "just looking" and right away I could tell Jasmin knew what she was talking about. She helped me get the exact car I wanted and taught me a few things along the way. Jasmin did some magic and I drove away happily in a new Hybrid Kia Niro. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and very helpful. I've had my new car a week & am loving it! You should definitely see Jasmin for your new car!

    My husband and I just leased a car (Kia Sportage) from Isaac Smith at Gunther Kia and the whole experience could not have been better. Isaac really knows his stuff, he's a good listener (i.e., he won't be pushing you into something you don't want) and he seems like a really nice guy that anyone would be happy to do business with. As far as the car goes, we were looking at a number of options and weren't even that familiar with the Kia. But after briefly renting one, and loving it, we added Kia to our check-out list. It won hands down. Very happy with it! Great experience all around. Thank you Isaac!

    My wife and I were on the search to trade our Mazda in which we were greatly upside down on. My wife reached out to Maylene who works at Gunther Kia. Maylene showed us around the dealership and had us sit down with Christian. We told Christian our concerns and exactly what we wanted. We have tried to trade in the Mazda in the past and could not find a nice affordable vehicle because of how badly we were upside down. Christian worked with us and showed us numerous vehicles. He was patient and had answers to all of our questions. Because of Maylene and Christian we were able to leave in a 2017 Kia Cadenza which exceeded our expectations. We weren't pushed into any vehicle. Instead, we were shown exactly what we wanted and even given options for better vehicles within our price range. We beyond recommend both Christian and Maylene!
