Just what I was looking for

We decided that it was time to upgrade to a new luxury SUV. We took a trip to BMW of Delray. after walking around the showroom for a few minutes I was greeted by a very affable salesperson. He was not pushy and had a very calm demeanor. We went through the steps to determine what BMW would fit our needs. The dealer had a good inventory of the model we wanted. We never felt pressured and buying the car was seamless. I would recommend this dealer and would strongly recommend our salesperson.

    Service was excellent. Steven Itkin was very much a gentleman. It was a big job and Steven ran out to make sure I can have a car for a few days. Work was done on time, as promised . It was a great experience.

    I'll try and be short. I bought a bmw M640i not a month ago, on a Thursday, drove it maybe 3 times being i live not 10 min from Delray Bmw. I leave for charlotte the next Wednesday afternoon, and within 800 miles of the purchase (charlotte is 648 miles from lantana) the car starts vibrating really really bad at 70 and up of 80mph. Take it to hendrick bmw to find cupped tires, 4 bent rims and now purchasing of the back right bent wheel being it's been repaired twice and it still won't balance out. The bent rims caused all tires to cup so bad , I spent 2575$ yesterday on 4 runflats FROM Bmw and another 892$ on an additional wheel. I call Delray Bmw, the sales manager tells me since I didnt bring it to an auto nation, I have a 200 deductible for my 4000 mile 3 month dealer warranty. The car has 34k miles on it, so shes not old. Then he explained to me he had to "approve where i brought it, to approve the work being done". I paid a cash difference for this car with a trade, no loans, no finance , and within 3 weeks of owning it i have spent almost 5000 dollars on repairs just to get it to drive correctly. Also I was told alllll maintenance had been done and a full inspection of the car was given before my purchase and yet, I find from a REAL bmw dealer, it hadn't been serviced since June of 2024. So no service, alignment was super far off, 4 bent rims and terrible cupped dunlop tires and I still have to get "approval" to have it worked on by someone at auto nation. I didnt drive the car 800 miles before taking it to the first bmw dealer I found which is hendrick bmw here in charlotte , only to have dropped it off 4 times now in two weeks to verify and diagnose each and everything wrong with this car. That's my reason for the one star, treated like gold till you buy the car, then treated like a crackhead when you ask questions after the fact. I would drive 100 miles to buy my next one before I ever look for a new bmw at del ray beach BMW..

    • I just tried that number as I have 3 times before , I have even left the General manager a message two weeks ago. James Thomas junior is the guy who wouldn't approve the work at hendrick, Ryan Reed is the one I dealt with who for some reason won't answer voicemails, text or phone calls. Bruce Childs is the ONLY one who has helped me, answered me, emailed me, at all... Again I have tried the General manager on my own before this thread , and nothing . I understand you'd like me to talk to him, that'd be easy if there was a direct number to contact him. After alllllll this drama and trouble I do NOT think its too much to ask for one of THEM to give ME a call. I guarantee that if any of yall had spent your money on this car, you would've done the same. But you didn't, I did , and that's why no one but Bruce has gotten in touch with me. TBH he is the only one id even think of giving a good rating to.

    The service department at BMW of Delray Beach far surpaasses any other dealership in South Florida. Keith is always available and accomodating. They fix the car right the first time, and provide a nice loaner car. I truly recommend them

    I purchased a used vehicle sight unseen from BMW of Delray Beach. Frederick Pantin was my sales associate.From my initial phone call to the end of the transaction, Frederick was always available and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It is always a gamble to purchase a car online, but Frederick gave a honest and accurate assessment of the vehicle. When it arrived, it was exactly as described.     Easy to make a service appointment, they follow up with reminders. Efficient staff both when you enter service area and the service advisors. they send you a video of your car and a description of what they did and if you need any additional work.

    The BMW dealership of Delray Beach has a lot of great people. They were all knowledgeable and they took there time with me. They spent time explaining all off the features for the new vehicle, the buying VS leasing process, best practices for warranties and service plus they made the paperwork process seem less. They even helped me and guided me with getting insurance for the new vehicle. I feel like I left there with a great deal on my X7 and received exceptional service. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership and especially the crew of Michael, Robert and Matt.
