Jimmy Hanlon was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made sure the whole process of buying my new vehicle went smoothly. I was also impressed that Mr Kaiser personally met me and was so nice and down to earth. What a great dealership.

Superman Jim called me and invited me in, I had just had a bad experience with another dealer(Chevy). The process was simple, Jim showed me some trucks, gathered info from me , wrote up the deal and I wrote out a check for a new 2014 Sierra. I drove home and it went as smooth as silk. I am glad Kaiser and Jim are close by, I am looking forward to doing business in the future. Thanks.

Very simple and easy purchase process - loved the Internet Department & Kathleen, the Internet Manager. Found me what I wanted and everything was done over email and I came in to do the final paperwork and left in my beautiful new vehicle. I would rate the Kaiser Family as 5 STAR!!!

My wife and i wanted a new car, but were not looking forward to going through the process. Than we ran into Kathleen in the internet dept and Pete the sales mgr at Kaiser, what a pleasant experience we had. No hassel, no pressure, up front and honest, we love our new car and are actually looking forward to going back to buy a second car from them. 5 star yes, yes,yes.
