Superman Jim called me and invited me in, I had just had a bad experience with another dealer(Chevy). The process was simple, Jim showed me some trucks, gathered info from me , wrote up the deal and I wrote out a check for a new 2014 Sierra. I drove home and it went as smooth as silk. I am glad Kaiser and Jim are close by, I am looking forward to doing business in the future. Thanks.
