Would not recommend
by eddiesantana on 05/20/2021Had an appointment for service. Came in and waited over an hour. Service advisor informed me it would take a day or two to figure out what’s wrong with the vehicle. No loaner offered/provided. Best they could do was give me a ride to Hertz… to rent a car and pay out of pocket. Had truck for less than two years, it’s still under warranty and this is the third time something has gone wrong with it. by jriccardi on 07/07/2009Jon Hall Chevrolet Service Dept. is a rip off. On my last visit, the "Service Advisor" (Angie Pettit) absolutely lied about what we discussed and I approved. I have experienced 2 instances of rip off service; the 1st I was charged for… services I did not approve ($1,000 worth) and the 2nd they did not fix the problem (even after 2 visits at ~$800 each). If you have any doubts, check out the Volusia County web site from the Clerk of Courts ([violative content deleted]). They has been involved in 178 law suits; most from ripped off customers.Bad Service
by bryan18 on 02/22/2008I have been to this dealer many times to get things with my Chevrolet Cobalt fixed. They do terrible service to their cheaper cars. They have also given me hard times about fixing things that are wrong with my car even though we bought an… extended warranrty so things could be fixed. They are very unfriendly and when they do not do something right, they give you a hard time about explaning what they did to the car. My service advisor "Angie Petit" is the one who does this to me. She will not do warrantry work to this car. She also told me that i bought a cheap car from them and she can not help to fix things that go wong with it. I will never go to this dealer again for service nor will buy a GM vehicle again for the terrible build quality.
