You have to promise to buy the car to test drive it
by TestDriveRefusal on 04/23/2023Apparently they want a guarantee that I would buy the overpriced Bold EUV in order to test drive it. I'm very disappointed that Matt at Jon Hall Used Cars Super Center that refused to let me test drive their over priced 2022 Bolt EUV today… because I informed him that it was overpriced and the same year, model and trim with 1000 more miles on it is listed for 6k less in Gainesville Florida. Matt explained something about how valuable his sales associates time is and that while the sales associate is with me for the test drive he could miss other sales. As a manager myself, I would have found a way to make it happen. Have a manager or receptionist, heck, pull the janitorial staff to make it happen for a potential customer to give a test drive. Instead all I received was a refusal to let me test drive. This is horrible customer service. I could have changed my mind and purchased the car from this lot, I could have advised others what great customer service there is at this business. Unfortunately now I will be letting everyone know to avoid this dealership.Hi, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Would not recommend
by eddiesantana on 05/20/2021Had an appointment for service. Came in and waited over an hour. Service advisor informed me it would take a day or two to figure out what’s wrong with the vehicle. No loaner offered/provided. Best they could do was give me a ride to Hertz… to rent a car and pay out of pocket. Had truck for less than two years, it’s still under warranty and this is the third time something has gone wrong with it. How I got a new Camaro
by dianeupdike on 04/21/2018my husband made an appointment with your sales person(Jason Zucconi) to discuss options to trade in his 91 Corvette for a newer one. The operative word here is discuss. I cautioned my husband not to sign anything and he agreed. Now, let… me tell you that he has dimencia and gets confused easily but I never thought that he would actually sign anything. After 5 hours or so, I called to see where he was as he had not come home. They told me he just left with a new car! Your salesperson had to notice that he was easily confused and things had to be repeated over and over for him to understand. I feel he was relentless in convincing my husband to turn in his corvette and purchase a new car. When my husband returned home, I, of course, was upset. He too was upset at giving up his corvette. He told me he could return the car. When I called, the sales person denied that he had said that. I then spoke to the general manager and again was told we could not return the car. He told me to keep a better control on my husband. This has put a big strain on our finances as we can not afford the payments. To me and others, this is elder abuse. Moreover, a few weeks later my husband made an appointment with Jason to discuss a small dent in the car. When he arrived, he was told Jason was busy and while my husband waited, Jason never showed his face. Nice service to the man he took advantage of. I am telling everyone about this. I would suggest the management have a seminar on dealing with older demented people --and NOT taking advantage of them.We are sorry to hear about the experience that you and your husband had at our dealership. We assure you that 100% customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and would like the chance to further understand what happened. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER
by Purplestar68 on 01/19/2017BUYER BEWARE, WORST experience ever buying a car and I have bought quite a few, they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you out the door knowing they are lying right to your face, AND THEIR SAYING PRICE IS OUT THE DOOR IS A… TOTAL LIE. DON'T believe it or leave there without it in WRITING. We still as of a month haven't gotten our paperwork that we signed when we bought the car after several calls. Took them a month to get our registration after about twenty calls then to find out we have to pay close to $700 because of it being out of state!!! Which was my husbands very first question before we even looked at the cars! And then again in the financial department (with their response being oh no not a problem we sell to out of state people all the time.) then my husband process to inquire about the registration once again to the financial department and the finance guy told us you will receive it in the mail. ( not!! We have called and called the last month asking where it is? Their response oh it still is not done!!!! After I was pulled over twice by two different officers telling me that my car does not even come up in the system under the tag they gave me! So once again I have to call there and insist they take care of it as the tag I have runs out in four days! Then we get a call telling us its taken care of and we can just go to the dmv and pick it up. Only to be informed we owe nearly $700 in order to get the registration!!! After several attempts and no return calls from the financial department where we were direct to and to whom we were told before we walked out the door that everything was done and taken care of, due to my husband questioning once again ! And told you are all set. Finally my husband got the manger to whom informed my husband out the door dose not include your tax,tag and registration! Funny it has at every other dealership! Not to mention how rude he was! ) just days from a month. Then there is something very fishy about this car dealership anyway I have never left where they didn't make sure you had insurance on your vehicle before you left the lot! Don't expect any of them to return phone calls either and as for the manager he's a joke! There is so much more to this story!!! Please please beware!!!Stay Away for this dealershi at all cost !!!
by hogmann on 11/12/2016This Place is a JOKE!!! My wife and I have ok credit not great but ok. They sold us a new car my wife loved. Said don't worry all financing will be all good. We traded in are older car, and that where the deal went south. About 30 days… later my financing company starts calling me saying the payment is due. Well I called Jon Hall Chevy and they said it will be taken care of, well it was not. Never paid off my trade in, and to make matters worse after 44 days with the new car called and said they could not finance and needed the car returned. When I asked why I was told they did not know. so not only did I have to return the car (which they were very rude about) I had a bad mark on my credit because of them. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, AND LIED TO!!!.Excellent Service

It took a few months to get what I wanted at the price I needed and Dave kept looking… for me. He was incredible and I still talk with him!Ginette Guertin is the best!

When your not happy here comes the big gun. sales manager.---"What will it take to put you in that… truck." Me----"Give it to me." Well I didn't have that at Jon Hall so I bought a new truck. My salesperson was Freda Pennington. She knows what she is doing. She is pleasent to deal with and is willing to deal. If everyone delt with Freda, Dodge and Ford would be out of business. by penny_means on 05/27/2010Bought my 2010 Cheverlot Traverse from Henry Sterling and due to my retirement in the next 12 months I had very ridged limits on my payments. Henry worked with me for over a week and finally got me into my BEAUTIFUL Traverse. I was so… impressed when I went to pick up my car Henry spent at least 20 minutes or more showing me every button, knob and compartment in my Traverse and made sure I knew how to use it. He even programed my XM radio to my favorite channels and connected and set up my phone to the Traverse's blue tooth.
