The worst!!
by Jose Torres on 09/23/2023Gunther VW- Volvo Daytona Beach is dishonest, deceptive, and fraudulent. Takes advantage of Latinos. I was extremely misled about the terms of my lease. The car was marked up 10k over MSRP from $64,161 to $74,315 I was charged $6,087 on… Ding Protection Xzilon Green which I didn't want. I wasn't asked for nor did I agree to it. The car salesman, Garret Gaffka, assured me $16,950 in rebates. They only "applied” $8,000 on paper because it was never calculated in the payment. I traded a car for $19,000 and again this was not calculated on the payment. Due to my son's condition, I returned this car 3 days later and the manager again took advantage of me trading the car for $48,588 when I was charged $74,315 within 36 hours. When I found out about the fraud, I went to the finance department asking for clarification and they told me that there was nothing they could do. The manager, Albert Feyto, said because I signed, I'm obligated to. I feel embarrassed about the deal I took from Gunther, but I’m interested in the idea of organizing a class-action lawsuit against [non-permissible content removed]. Would love to band together to bring justice to the victimized customers and stop their unethical operation. Anyway, if you are Latino thinking that all Americans are honest to deal with… run away from this place because they know how to take advantage of us since we don’t know this system, and trust in the wrong people. Al precio del carro le aumentaron mas de $10,000 de $64,161 MSRP a $74,315. Me cobraron $6,087 por una cobertura Ding Protection Xzilon Green, algo que no necesitaba, ni querĂa y nunca acepte. El vendedor de automĂłviles, Garret Gaffka, me asegurĂł que me daban con seguridad 16,950 dĂłlares en descuentos. SĂłlo “aplicaron” $8,000 en el papel porque nunca fue calculado en el pago. Me compraron mi carro por $19,000 y tampoco esto no se calculĂł en el pago. Debido a la condiciĂłn medica de mi hijo, devolvĂ este carro 3 dĂas despuĂ©s y el gerente de ventas nuevamente se aprovechĂł de la situaciĂłn. Me recibiĂł el carro por $48,588 cuando 36 horas antes me cobraron $74,315. Cuando me di cuenta del fraude, fui al departamento de finanzas pidiendo aclaraciones y me dijeron que no podĂan hacer nada. El gerente de ventas, Albert Feyto, dijo que ya habĂa firmado el contrato y que estoy obligado a cumplirlo. Me siento avergonzado por el terrible contrato que firme con Gunther. Ahora quiero organizar una demanda colectiva contra [non-permissible content removed]. Me gustarĂa encontrar a personas en la misma situaciĂłn para unirnos y hacer justicia ya que somos vĂctimas de este dealer. De todos modos, si eres latino y piensas que todos los estadounidenses son honestos para a hacer negocio … huye de este lugar porque saben cĂłmo aprovecharse de nosotros ya que no conocemos este sistema y confiamos en las personas equivocadas.Poor Customer Service
by Vdubluv on 11/14/2020My first visit for service was a disaster. I was quoted pricing higher than advertised on their website and when I pointed it out the response was extremely unprofessional. I messaged the dealership on Facebook and was told a manager would… call me to follow up, I never received any communication after that. I won’t be going back.
