They made the process easy going simple and quick, but more important I was able to made the deal without having to go to the dealer. Franklin Blenner was who helped… us and he was great as well! I have only own or lease VW since 2013 and I have dealt with many other VW dealers before and Rick Case so far is has been the best for me!Best dealership around
